There were ants in my room , crawling over the table , then crawling over me in my bed , while I was moved to another room after contacting the ceo of travelodge , this hotel needs to get pest control in and get rid of the ants , the noise from the people in the next room kept me awake all night , and I cut short my stay , I received a small refund , however under the consumer rights act 2015 I I am still seeking a full refund

We were checked into the wrong room. In short - whilst we slept the correct intended guests for that room arrived, checked in and were given the spare room key for the room myself and my partner were asleep in. They then opened the door with the key card whilst we slept and began to enter before realising the room was occupied!! We then went to complain at reception - and had to pack our bags up and move to another room at 22:45!!!

Arrived around 14:30 for check in with my family, was met by a friendly member of staff at reception who couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed us in the directions of where we needed to go, for food and town centre. All in all a great stay and would book again if up that way.

Had a great, peaceful stay. Nice surroundings, very clean room. All in all, very relaxing and comfortable. Exceptional for the price. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a budget hotel in the area.

The hotel is clean, free parking, quiet and the staff at reception have always been lovely and helpful. I have been staying for 6 months for work and kept coming back because of how pleasant the hard working staff have made it. Hopefully they will be able to improve the outside lighting situation sometime soon.

Nice and tidy. Rooms are basic but functional with a nice bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Safe carpark with plenty of space. Particularly like the idea of the thirty minutes of free wifi every night, just enough to catch up with business.

Excellent stay in clean surroundings with happy helpful staff the room was just the right size and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The manager was exceptionally helpful in guiding us to our room and making sure we had everything we required .

No where to eat and nothing on the website to tell you the Grafton pub on site has closed down which was a nightmare when you arrive in the evening with hungry children after a 6hr drive. Should tell people this before hand
