Hotel muito agradável, atendimento ótimo. Voltaria. PS.: necessário melhorar a Internet por variações ocasionais.

Sensacional, nossa estadia foi perfeita! Room service funcionam super bem. O hotel é lindo, todas as instalações estão novinhas assim como os quartos que possuem aquecedor e um chuveiro esplêndido que com certeza será o melhor banho da sua vida. Em especial adoramos as bikes que ficam disponíveis no lobby, tivemos um passeio muito diferente por Canela.

Recepção cordial e quarto confortável. Porém, para minha surpresa, no check out foi cobrado um valor adicional de R$ 17,84 como ”taxa de serviço”. Informado pela recepção que a diária registrada como pagamento no sistema do hotel não havia sido de R$ 204,41 mas de um valor menor em R$ 17,84. Está sendo cobrado no meu cartão de crédito o valor de R$ 205,19 (fatura do cartão) + R$ 2,46 (tx de turismo paga na recepção = correto). No final a diária está com o preço de R$ 205,19 + R$ 2,46 + R$ 17,84 = R$ 225,49! É preciso informações mais claras dos preços das diárias no site da Trip.com. R$ 17,84 poderia ser reembolsado/ estornado.

Penginapan kami sangat sunyi, hotel berada di lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatannya baik, kemudahannya baru dan keadaannya baik. Sarapannya berkualiti dan daftar keluar lewat, kerana beberapa tetamu mendaftar, saya meminta invois untuk penginapan atas nama saya dan saya membuat tempahan melalui TRIP, mereka tidak menerima permintaan itu, walaupun saya berpendapat bahawa pembayaran itu dibayar oleh saya sebanyak.

O hotel possui quase 4 estrelas. Prós: Boa cama e travesseiros, Bom banho e produtos de higiene Pessoal educado Café da manha excelente! Contras: O blackout vazou luz por todos os lados As esteiras da academia nao estavam em boas condições Hidromassagem da area comum estava suja e havia comida no chao ao redor da piscina

Hotel maravilhoso,espaço kids muito agradável e proporciona momentos incríveis para as crianças.

We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

Muito bom! Hotel limpo e organizado! Muito bem localizado.

O hotel é muito bom, nada reclamar da hospedagem em si. Porém, no check out, fui cobrado cerca de 149 reais de taxas de serviços que não estavam explícitas por ocasião da reserva, na plataforma informava o valor de 8,47 como despesa a ser paga no hotel, sem contar que as contas não bateram, uma vez que o valor da NF está cerca de 74 a menos do que paguei no total. Então, apesar do hotel ser excelente, fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Na minha humilde opinião faltou transparência, seja do hotel ou da plataforma.

We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!
