Great location. From Gravado to Canela. For those who are rented cars, the location becomes even more attractive because you will never have to decide by one or another city taking the journey into consideration. I didn't like the outsourced parking, where you pay 38.00 per day. This should be included in the daily rate.
Also, the bathroom in the room doesn't have an exhaust fan to eliminate odors.
In any case, I would definitely stay there again."

"If there is a perfect hotel, this is! The hotel is a luxury from the entrance, vc feels in a palace! The furniture are luxurious, the very hearty service, the very good academy, wonderful facilities, and the room? Our amazing! The warmers are all right, and I haven't had a very pleasant sleep night. Another thankful surprise is breakfast! The most wonderful grass! It has a single table of sweets, one for cold, another for country...It's all a luxury, and I'm not exaggerating! Free parking, and at check out they still give a beautiful trip kit with water and cakes. Congratulations to the staff who are very educated, I have just worried!"

"The hotel is just wonderful.
It has a hot pool, coffee is too good, very varied, breads of various kinds, fruit, cold, cake, coffee, juices, milk, cereals, honeybean, frite, a variety of salts. The decoration is a love. The staff are very loved. Clean environment. We use water, they leave spum salts available for use. Third time we go to the hotel and it's too good. Bikes available for use."

The only negative point is access to the pool. Very bad. Or vc crosses all the parking inside the hotel or vc crosses out to reach the reception to pick up the lift to the pool. In other words, in cold and frozen days you have to pass out of clothes in front of any hotel reception.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

JJose Antonio de AquinoThe hotel is very well located, a few meters away from the covered street. Very good accommodation, breakfast with a variety of and very well served. Heated covered swimming pool and toy are good attractions for rainy days. The hotel is very well trained and careful staff, and the fact that the parking is paid is a negative point.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

GGuest UserO hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a região central, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém claramente falta manutenção há muito tempo.
Estive no hotel em 2019 e retornei agora em 2025, e praticamente todas as áreas estão bem degradadas.
Até mesmo o espaço Kids, maior atrativo para famílias com crianças, está com brinquedos sem manutenção e com grande cheiro de mofo.
