This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is one of the best I have ever experienced and I travel a lot. The architecture is an amazing balance of traditional and contemporary. They have wonderful seating areas, the gym and pool are a lovely addition as well as the roof top bar. Location is perfect!

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

A very small hotel with 22 rooms. Their attention is focused on delivery quality experience and service. The rooms were renovated with the best equipment and materials. Breakfast spread was very compact and can't be compared to larger hotels. Overall, it was still a nice experience which I will return should we choose to go back to Granada.

Quiet luxury in the heart of Granada, ideal location. Even a room on the street is quiet with double windows AND inside shutters. An easy walk everywhere, including a short distance to the Alhambra though that's steep. Delicious breakfast (thank you to our server, Veronica, for the stellar service!), don't miss it. And sitting in the gorgeous courtyard in the evenings, outside the bar was just lovely. The only quirk is the street is essentially one way during the day; ignore the signs saying ”taxis and buses only” and park in the small space in front - the valet will take your car away to park it.

When we arrived, there was no bellman to assist with luggage. In fact, the hotel had no bellmen. We then arrived to our room that reeked of smoke. After an hour and no apology, the hotel finally arranged an alternative room for us. The alternative room had a rollaway in it when we arrived and the staff informed us that they would have it removed. 15 minutes later, a gentleman barges into the room without knocking and while my wife was changing to remove the rollaway. Unacceptable. That evening, we asked for turndown service when we were leaving for dinner at 8pm. When we arrived back at 10:30pm, no housekeeping had provided such service, but a housekeeper arrived soon thereafter to service the room so we stepped out temporarily. She took the used towels without replacing them with new ones and did not provide fresh water. I was curious what they think turndown service means. I took a shower that evening. The water starts out freezing cold and then goes to scalding hot with no warning; we had no control of the water temperature. For that matter, the room temperature was not better and was a furnace even though we set the thermostat to the coldest temperature. Also, as to the pretty pictures of the hotel in a yellow building, don’t be fooled. They have a building next door that looks straight out of a communist era - not quaint at all as the pictures of the yellow building depict. Only at checkout did the manager, Ramon, decide to meet with us. He advised that he was unaware of the smoke filled room, but did acknowledge that the water temperature for the showers was not working. While he did apologize at the end with no accommodation for our troubles, not only was it too little, it was too late. I decided to write this review to warn other travelers of the bait and switch we (and our travel agent) fell for. This hotel falls very short to the minimum standards one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

這個酒店的性價比還是不錯的，而且位置很好在市中心，大教堂就在隔壁，停車也方便，但是整個酒店地形有些複雜，好幾棟樓，好幾部電梯，坐不對可能就到不了房間，其中好多電梯還是在維修，你可能要拖着行李找好久才能找到能用的電梯😂。酒店設施相對老了點，房間大小衛生還ok，就是窗戶對麪基本就是人家了，離得很近，沒啥風景可以看。服務態度也很一般，入住時房間給我們搞錯了，後來去調換，服務人員開始還死不承認，後來battle了半天，才給調換，並且也沒有任何歉意。

Hostel is more hotel vibe than a hostel. Was in a 6 bed female dorm. The bed was comfy and had a power point as well as couple usb ports. Only downside was the bathroom was one toilet and one shower so if someone was in the shower you couldn’t use the toilet. I had to pay for a towel at TOC Granada all female dorm room, but when I got to TOC Seville and was also in a female only room it was included - so that was confusing

위치는 정말 좋았구요- 그라나다 공항에서 알사버스로 대성당 역에서 내려서 길만 건너면 바로 호텔이었고, 골목에 있어도 다른 번화가에서 멀지 않고 쉽게 눈에 띄는 위치라 이동하기 편했습니다. 숙소 예약 시점부터 크게 기대는 하지 않았지만 객실에 물 하나 없는 것은 상당히 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 그외 직원 분들의 안내서비스는 무난했고, 제가 머무른 첫날에는 비가 왔기에 온도가 상당히 많이 내려갔는데 객실 내 라디에이터는 개인이 작동할 수 없는 것 같았어요. 추우면 따로 요청을 드려야 할 것 같았지만, 그래도 아주 춥지는 않아서 버틸만은 했습니다. 콘센트 위치나 전반적인 객실 구조를 보면 오래 된 아파트/빌라를 리노베이션해서 숙소로 운영하고 있는 것 같았어요. 식사는 별도로 하지 않아서 답변하기 어렵네요- 위치 말고는 사실 장점은 딱히 없고 가격적인 메리트가 있다지만 다음에 또 그라나다를 간다면 숙박비를 조금 더 주고 더 좋은 호텔로 갈 것 같아요.

Very clean,extremely friendly with all of the people who works there being so polite and willing!Surprisly,everybody spoke English! Peaceful although it’s located in one of the most popular pedestrians of Granada center. Highlight:the breakfast buffet! I totally recommend it!

Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

You could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

The hotel staff was helpful and the location is fantastic. But there was an strange smell in the room, corridors and elevator (Could be the pipes). Also the hotel doesn’t provide disposable slippers, water bottles or tooth paste.

Love love loved this hotel. Staff was amazing in every way. Great service. The breakfast is worth buying. Very full buffer with friendly waiter, very clean, pleanty of choices. Park here, it is less than the pubkic parking and valet. Pool is very small but we didn’t use it anyway. Great location for sure. Easy access off main road. Walking distance to many sites. Very clean. We will stay again.
