We had a wonderful stay at Seda Club Hotel Granada. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — Laura and Chillia (sorry I forgot the pronouncation) at reception were warm, welcoming, and very professional both check in and check out. The bar and breakfast team made our visit a pleasure, and the gentleman who helped with my luggage was equally attentive and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning interior that feels both stylish and comfortable. Amenities are thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality, adding to the overall experience. I also have to mention that they make an outstanding Negroni at the bar — definitely one of the best I’ve had! Please do check out their stairs. Overall, Seda Club Hotel Granada combines top-notch service with elegant design and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

A very small hotel with 22 rooms. Their attention is focused on delivery quality experience and service. The rooms were renovated with the best equipment and materials. Breakfast spread was very compact and can't be compared to larger hotels. Overall, it was still a nice experience which I will return should we choose to go back to Granada.

This hotel was so perfect that I regret giving it only 5 stars! I was a little worried because there were no Korean reviews, but the friendly staff and service made it a wonderful stay in Granada. My room was ready for me upon arrival, so I had a comfortable stay. The welcome cava and snacks, and even the flowers in the room were all so touching😍 I was able to relieve my travel fatigue while at the spa, and the breakfast, rooftop bar, and outdoor cafe were all great. The location is also great, near the cathedral. If you come to Granada, be sure to stay at Seda Club!

This hotel had a very special touch. Immediately after booking, they emailed to inquire about our needs and preferences. Upon arrival, a handsome receptionist provided a very detailed tour itinerary with a map, which we understood despite our limited English. The room was very stylishly decorated, and they provided complimentary ham and fruit daily. The toiletries were L'Occitane, and the hairdryer was Dyson. Breakfast was ordered separately, which added to the sense of occasion, but for introverted travelers like us with limited foreign language skills, it actually added a bit of pressure. The required deposit was quite substantial, but it was refunded very promptly. Overall, it was a great hotel. We unexpectedly discovered a restaurant and beverage shop next to the hotel owned by a beautiful woman from Wenzhou; they were excellent, and we ate there several times.

Location: Located in downtown Granada, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Cathedral and Alhambra Palace, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Service: This was the only hotel during my trip to proactively contact me and inquire about my travel arrangements. They arranged my room in advance based on my arrival time, eliminating any waiting time. They also recommended a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace and a flamenco show in the caves, making reservations and settling the bill at the hotel checkout – very convenient. It's worth mentioning that our guide, Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio, was excellent, providing commentary in English. As a local, he shared many Granada stories. The hotel can also help with transportation, such as arranging taxis and booking airport transfers. Room: I booked a room with a small terrace, which was convenient for men… The room was spacious enough to fit two large suitcases, and the decor was unique. There was also a complimentary 1-hour spa treatment, which required advance booking. The spa treatment was just average; the water wasn't hot enough. The massage was done in partnership with an outside masseuse, so advance booking was also necessary. Breakfast: There are many breakfast options. I really like Benedict. If you have a morning schedule, I suggest having breakfast at the hotel, as many restaurants in Spain open late.

The hotel is really great! But if you are not in a hurry to book, you can wait until the time is closer, because I made an agreement in advance that it was 3,700 yuan for a single breakfast, and I checked it that day and it was 3,200 yuan for a double breakfast. I will have to pay 205 yuan for breakfast tomorrow morning! Domestic hotels can also give back blood to link Hyatt members. Europe is totally Staben.

After checking out, I discovered my deposit hadn't been refunded; instead, €200 was deducted from my account. I contacted them, and they claimed the hairdryer was damaged. I stated it wasn't dropped and was working perfectly; we didn't damage it. However, they insisted we damaged the hairdryer. I didn't receive any photos or videos, nor were they informed which room it was in, and they deducted the full €200.

The hotel itself deserves a 96 out of 100, but the bespectacled "Black Princess" breakfast server was probably there to teach English. I initially thought my English was too bad to pronounce "watermelon" clearly, until a white couple at the next table, speaking with a very British accent, asked for mint tea. The "Black Princess" seemed confused, uncertain, and repeated herself until she finally understood, uttered "oh mint," and walked away with her head held high! Aside from the "Black Princess," all the other staff were perfect! The hotel's location is also excellent; it's convenient to get around. There were quite a few Chinese guests, and half the breakfast guests were Chinese. Be careful sitting on the small chairs against the wall in the room; I once fell headfirst into the back of my head in the room.

I went to Granada just to visit the Alcazar Palace, it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel service was excellent

Awesome hotel! We spent several wonderful nights in Granada. This hotel is truly exceptional. The front desk service, restaurant service, breakfast and dinner were all excellent. There was a welcome fruit plate and welcome drinks, as well as a snack and fruit platter every day upon check-in. The housekeeping was excellent, and there were thoughtful details everywhere! Highly recommended! This is definitely a must-stay in Granada!

I booked two rooms with friends and were very satisfied.

This is my favorite hotel throughout my trip to Spain, both in terms of environment and service. The color tone of the room is in the style of Gong, with red and blue colors, which is both warm and exotic. When I return to the room every evening, there are different fruits and snacks. When I return to the room at night, I also receive thoughtful care, including L'Occitane makeup remover wipes and hand cream. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also consider dining in the hotel for lunch and dinner. The quality is different from ordinary restaurants outside. Next time you travel, even to another city, it must be your first choice!

A typical small luxury hotel with tasteful hardware. The service was especially good. When I couldn't buy tickets for the Alhambra Palace through the official website or travel agencies, they worked hard for most of the day and helped me buy tickets without charging any fees. It was amazing!
