Hotel terbaik di Granada

Au regard du rapport services/prix, nous avions des appréhensions. Nous recommandons vivement, nous avions un appartement 2 chambres très spacieux. L’accueil est fort agréable Il n’y a pas de service de restauration, mais un commerce à 3 mn à pieds vous permettra d’acheter le nécessaire et remplir le réfrigérateur , et beaucoup de restaurants et bar dans le centre qui est à 10 mn à pieds. La cuisine est grande. Équipement en vaisselle simple mais suffisant. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Un bémol : Si vous donnez sur la rue effectivement le simple vitrage laisse passer le bruit de la circulation.

A very small hotel with 22 rooms. Their attention is focused on delivery quality experience and service. The rooms were renovated with the best equipment and materials. Breakfast spread was very compact and can't be compared to larger hotels. Overall, it was still a nice experience which I will return should we choose to go back to Granada.

This hotel was recommended by friends we have living in the area. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are as pictured. They are comfortable and clean with daily maid service. We would recommend room number 27, it’s on the Plaza side with great views from the balcony. A little noisy late at night, but we weee tired so it didn’t matter. The front desk was very helpful also, don’t forget your 110v adapter if your from the USA We would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted when we arrived - what a nice little hotel which we would classify on the “boutique’ side. Not many rooms, I think 10 in total and ours had a private bath. While the room itself was small it was very clean and all we needed for our one night stay. The hotel manager (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was very helpful with everything. If you are using Google maps to find the place, listen carefully as it had a bit of a hard time for us. Great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, oetfectly situated for the Alhambra and other sights. This area of Granada is very walkable. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with local information and a map. Our room was comfortable, accessible by stairs or lift. It had dual aspect balconies which brought lots of warm light into the room. The downside about this room was that it faces the road and plaza outside, and was very noisy at night. To overcome this I’d recommend sacrificing the balcony view and go for an inner room. The only other negative was the lack of tea, coffee and milk for drinks, although a kettle and mini fridge were provided. The rooftop seating area is amazing with fabulous views of the Sierra Nevada. Perfect relaxing area to catch the sun. I would stay here again.

Very convenient a only a short walk to Plaza Nueva, the hop on hop off train, bus and taxi ranks. Very comfortable. Paid extra for 2 rooms with views of the Alhambra, definitely worth paying extra. Friendly staff, nice and quiet. There was nothing we did not like and would quite happily pay a return visit.

My daughter and I were only able to stay one night in this lovely hotel, but I wish we'd been able to stay longer. Pros: - Everything was clean, new and fresh in appearance, and functional. - The breakfast included in our booking had a nice variety of foods, more than I expected from such a small hotel. Everything was at a good temperature and tasty. - The location is on the way up the hill to the Alhambra! When I was in better shape, I could have taken this walk easily, but it was very good exercise for me even though challenging in my current condition. I liked that we did not have to take a bus or other transportation to get from the hotel to the Alhambra. We had bought tickets for a night visit to the Nasrid Palaces, which included a visit the following day. Both times we could just walk out the front door of the hotel and directly up to the Alhambra! - The location also was within easy walking distance to the cathedral, shops, & restaurants (down the hill.) - Our lovely modern room included a ”Japanese-style” toilet. - The room was not large, but even so, it contained a safe, plenty of space for clothing/luggage and also a small table, fridge, and chairs. So after our night Alhambra visit, when we brought back some take-out food for a midnight supper, we had a place to eat it. - When we first arrived at the hotel, we enjoyed a meal at the rooftop bar/restaurant, with a lovely view of the Alhambra. Everything was quite tasty, & our waiter was patient with our poor Spanish abilities. Then when it started to sprinkle, he immediately set up a new table for us that was under a roof, so we could continue enjoying our meal while out of the rain. - The rooftop bar accepted Diners Club, so we were able to avoid a currency conversion fee charged by my other credit cards. - Our room was able to accommodate an extra twin bed. I don't remember now how I arranged with the hotel to have this extra bed, but because I was traveling with my daughter rather than with a romantic partner, we both appreciated being able to sleep in separate beds. - The staff we interacted with were all wonderful! Friendly and helpful! The front desk ladies kindly gave us directions to stores, lots of info on the area, and called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave. - For a small hotel, they really thought of everything, and they even had a handy stand of umbrellas to borrow if needed. We did not stay long enough to try out the gym or library this time, but it's nice that they are there. Cons? - Our shower was nice looking, but it had transparent walls, and was not in a separate bathroom. There was an opaque design covering the part of the shower where one's private body parts would be, but it might be awkward to use if one were staying with friends. (It could be nice with a romantic partner, though!) - The location might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. My recommendation in that case would be to look for a place down the hill where it's a bit flatter, and

Firstly, we did not realise this hotel was part of a monastery and the church bells kept ringing every hour for most part of the day. The noise was so irritating and made it difficult to have a nap. The inside of the hotel was not very family friendly and looked outdated. The worst was the selection of food for breakfast. We are Muslims and could only eat hala food and has no choice but to eat vegetarian food. It was mainly some tomatoes, scrambled eggs and hash brown style potatoe which was always not available. Lastly, the main shopping area and good restaurants were about 20 minutes by walking distance which was difficult to do because of the hot temperature in July. Really disappointed with our experience but on the positive side the reception staff were very courteous.

Great concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath. The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police. We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door. Wouldn't go back.
