My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.

We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Un ottimo albergo facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenziale, a 1 km dal centro in prossimità di un parcheggio pubblico coperto (per il quale è opportuno scaricare per tempo la ”app” che dà diritto ad uno sconto del 50%), ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. Anche vicinissimo alla stazione per chi arrivasse in treno. Belle le camere molto ampie e confortevoli. Ottima l’offerta della colazione, l’ordine e la pulizia. Qualche pecca ne pregiudica un giudizio favoloso: la ciambella del water malferma e priva di alcuni tasselli di appoggio, la mancanza di un blocchettino e di una matita per gli appunti. Attenzioni che in un 4 stelle dovrebbero essere di casa.

We are accor all members, and try to stay in accor properties wherever possible. We understand that ibis is the lower scale hotel the group offers, and do try to stay in better brands, but this is a GEM. Every interaction with staff was great - special mention to Juan who was awesome to deal with. The bed is the usual ibis 'Sweet Bed' which makes them comfortable. Good blockout blinds, and no street noise as it's a small side road. There is a rooftop pool, which I used on a nice sunny day - a nice extra for an ibis. We happened to be here on one of the nights they do live music & flamenco - if you're invited then you should do it! Had buffet breakfast which was good for 8 euros, & hubby had dinner in 1 night - very happy for EUR12.95. Getting to anywhere is easy by taxi as there's a big road just 200 meters away or use the bus. Overall I would recommend & come back.

Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.

CClairemfalveyI arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

IInigoI came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

PPengguna TetamuMy family of four staid at the GranVia two nights. The situation of the suite was excellent -- two bedrooms, so kids had their own space. Kitchen was set up with microwave, refrigerator, plates, etc. Breakfast was served to our room each morning, and they were amazing at accommodating the gluten free diet for our celiacs: cereal, muffins, bread, eggs, fruit. Room was very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a good value, one of the least expensive of our trip. We had some issues with internet on the first day, but the staff helped us by providing another network to use.

IItziar UrrutiaA 5 minutos del centro andando. Hotel muy tranquilo, limpieza extraordinaria, estancias modernas y acogedoras,habitación amplia con amplio baño completo. Armario grande con nevera y plancha. Tv. Aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente. El hotel dispone de parking de pago pero las calles cercanas ya se termina la zona de pago y si tienes suerte como nosotros puedes dejar el coche el tiempo que necesites sin preocuparte de poner tiket. En general nuestra estancia en Granada y en el hotel ha sido extraordinaria. El hotel está muy bien comunicado también con paradas de bus y metro aunque no hemos necesitado ninguna de las dos. Gracias

Park here, it is less than the pubkic parking and valet. Pool is very small but we didn’t use it anyway. Great location for sure. Easy access off main road. Walking distance to many sites. Very clean. We will stay again.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 2 nights on a tour of classical Spain. This hotel is well situated, there’s a 10-15 minute walk up to the city centre, passing some interesting squares with plenty of opportunity for refreshments. Check in and out was very efficient. There is a small bar area, and there was a reasonably decent buffet breakfast served, which we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy at leisure unfortunately. Sadly we didn’t have the opportunity to try the swimming pool. Our room 314 was cool and of a good size, clean and well maintained. There was good air con, a safe and a fridge, no kettle though. The bed as often out here was 2 big singles put together, firm and comfortable though. There’s the benefit of a reliable satellite tv signal whilst relaxing in your room. The main benefit is the hotel’s excellent location though, a good base from which to explore this fine city.

My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

PPengguna TetamuHa sido una experiencia muy desagradable. Hay muchos datos que se omiten en la descripción del lugar y las imágenes son un engaño total. En primer lugar la recepción tiene un horario muy restringido, el acceso es complicado ya que las escaleras de acceso son empinadas y los escalones son muy altos, ojo si lleváis maletas. La habitación es enana. En 15 m2 han construido un baño minúsculo en el que no te puedes mover ( no muy limpio) y que apesta, tanto que ni con la puerta cerrada se disimula, supongo que es porque la puerta es corredera, no encaja y además está a 20cm de la cama, sí, sí a un palmo. Pero no sé si es peor el olor del lavabo o de la habitación, no se puede parar del olor a tabaco, humedad y cerrado. Si a todo eso le añades que los baños comunitarios suenan como si se estuvieran duchando en el tuyo y con la puerta abierta, pues sucede que es imposible dormir. Podría seguir con muchos más detalles pero no va a parecer verídica la opinión. Lo único que tiene bueno este hostal es la ubicación, el resto pésimo, nunca lo recomendaría a nadie.

Todo estaba tal y como se ve en fotos, el trato del personal fue muy bueno atento a todo y simpatico. Las habitaciones super limpia e increíble y sobre todo las zonas para pasar el rato como terraza y zona gaming para relacionarse. La ubicación mejor imposible volvería a repetir.
