The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area is a little industrial, but we felt very safe. Overall, the room was good. We loved having the extra sofa bed.
Just some minor details: The breakfast wasn't great- even by hotel standards. The coffee wasn't replenished. We went to three floors and couldn't find an icemaker that worked.

Both the front desk female employees I interacted with were wonderful. The breakfast included was a nice touch, being able to come down for breakfast without leaving the property. Only negative I had was though my room was clean and spacious, there was a musky/mildew smell that hit as soon as you enter. It was a short weekend trip and I only used the room to sleep and shower so I just dealt with it.

Clean, the staff were really nice , nice , clean rooms for the price you pay ! I recommend the hotel , nothing fancy but if ur looking to go cheaper this is the place you want

The area was in a warehouse area- although it didn’t detract - it was a quiet stay!
The hotel is a bit outdated !
Breakfast was typical- eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, waffles- nothing special about it!
For the price , it was acceptable- If I ever have the need to stay in the area, I’d probably choose a different hotel!

I was not prepared for the $100 deposit that was required. It was not specified on the website. When I checked in, I was told that it would be removed from my account in 7-10 days and not at checkout!

Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to go around for everyone.

We have stayed at this particular hotel once before - about a year ago. This time when we checked in we were told we had to pay a deposit of $100 ($50 for each night). I was told I would get the deposit back within 5-7 DAYS! I thought this was ridiculous - especially when you are paying with a credit card. They would not accept cash for the deposit (which could easily be refunded upon checkout). I was very disappointed because that was not indicated on Travelocity's site when I made the reservation.

At first, the room seemed pretty clean. However, once it got darker, I saw a few roaches in the bathroom and crawling from behind the desk/tv.
Also, while my room was being cleaned by housekeeping, my debit card was stolen and charged. Due to the inclement weather and late notice, I was unfortunately stuck there and couldn’t get a different hotel within reason. When my stay had to be extended the second time, the front desk attendant only reactivated my keycard, and did not have me sign the paperwork or pay the deposit like she should have. When I asked her about it, she said I was fine. Later that day, I received a call from the front desk that I had not checked in properly and needed to go downstairs.
