Hotel 3 Bintang di Grand Traverse County

I'm surprised by the low overall rating! While this isn't a 5 star resort, it's better than 3.5! I arrived and easily found free parking near the entrance. I was allowed to check in a little before the 4 checkin time. I was in an 8th floor room with a decent view on the parking lot side. Wish I had a lake view, but it was fine. I appreciated having a fridge in the room. The bathroom was great, bright, with a huge glass wall shower. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC blows directly onto the head of the bed, which was rather annoying. I could hear conversations in the next room, which was surprising. Everything was very clean and other than some noise issues, I was very happy in the room. The area around the elevator was pretty neat - several shops and a neat ice cream shop. While I didn't use the pools, they looked really great. I didn't golf but the course looked very well maintained. The facility itself is a bit of a maze and could be better marked. There were a few times I was wandering aimlessly looking for a few locations. Had a dinner at the NIIJII restaurant and it was simply poor. Bad quality at normal resort pricing. I did attend a group reception one evening and the food was outstanding. I had a very nice stay. Wouldn't go out of my way to return.

This was our first time staying at Sleep Inn in Acme and we were very pleased overall after driving by and seeing it many times while staying at other area hotels in the past. Check in and out was easy. All staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. Our room decor was abit dated but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and yes the pillows are plentiful and comfy along with a quiet room. Plenty of Our room was located towards the back of the hotel so we have no idea what it may sound like in rooms closer to the highway out in front. The water pressure was very good tho the water has a funny odor and our toilet seat was loose. Parking is plentiful. The adult 24 hr pool and hot tub was a plus for us after a long evening out and we found the 24 hr coffee station a very good amenity. The grounds are well taken care of with lounge chairs out in front of the hotel to view the bay or watch traffic fly by and there is another enclosed outdoor patio in the back of the hotel which is more quiet. The breakfast area is managed by a young man who takes his job seriously. one can tell by the presentation and array of food available, ie. covered items, food not burned with great hot and cold selections for young and old. they even have both a waffle and pancake maker and the dining area is kept clean and organized. very impressive. The hotel is conveniently located off the busy highway, close to gas and food (there is a popular pizza place next door) and fit our needs. We would definitely return for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay when we're in the area.

I like to say thank you to courtyard for helping make my son’s wedding special . Everyone from friends to family had No problem with their check in. We were happy to see the coffee shop open after a long drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here

Delamar makes a perfect Traverse City home base for visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes and Old Mission Peninsula. We loved the vibe of the hotel and took advantage of many amenities—a fitness center (with a Peloton bike!!), self-service coin laundry, in-room refrigerator, lobby area with fireplace overlooking the lake, continental breakfast, and wonderful on-site bar and restaurant, Artisan. Easy walking distance to other restaurants on Front Street. We would stay here again!

Clean hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff. The HVAC was quite loud, even with fan set to low. The mechanical room was next to our room and had a ”knocking” sound 5-7 times per hour that was a bit annoying. Also found a couple spiders in the bathroom both days of our stay. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and attended. The Wifi was a bit slow at under 50 Mps. Extra large bath towels were nice.
