Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Grapevine

Terutama kerana lokasinya yang baik, sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang. Tetapi bilik itu agak lama, dan banyak perkara perlu ditemui di kaunter penerimaan tetamu secara peribadi. Secara keseluruhan ia tidak buruk, harganya lebih mahal sedikit. Setiap 20 minit ada bas percuma ke setiap terminal

Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!

I had a difficult time putting a rating on this stay because there some pretty bad and some decent things. -staff was friendly at checkin and honored my request to be away from the elevator. -room was clean -pillows and bed were uncomfortable -minor road noise -sound traveled significantly from room above us -no shower curtain in room, although one was brought quickly when requested -hvac unit had option for fan always on -front door to hotel was broken and had to be peeled open and closed each time which was quite annoying, especially with full hands. Overall it was fine for two nights.

Room is huge (suite), comfortable and very very clean. But I do have a few complaints. First, the basic expectations were not met, like at least paper cups in the bathroom for brushing your teeth, now there is ONE paper cup in the coffee machine,... yes one, I will admit, there are to glasses but can't use them for coffee because they'll break. Big dinner table, long cabinet that looks like an old 70's stereo system, the kind where you lift a lid to access turntable etc. Also a decent counter under the TV with more storage under that. Decent desk with a chair, tell my why instead of placing the tiny mini fridge, coffee maker and supply tray on any of these available locations, they go and stick them on the lower cabinet, I'm an older person and having to squat down to make coffee or get things out of the fridge was a hassle. Room service prices are fair I guess but whatever you order, you'll need to pay a $5 fee on top of purchase price and they still ask for an optional tip starting at 18% but you can customize that

Beberapa keluarga saya dan saya mengembara ke Grapevine, Tx untuk perlawanan Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants yang akan datang pada Okt 2020. Saya mesti mengatakan bahawa ia adalah, sememangnya, PENGINAPAN PENUH YANG HEBAT di hotel ini!! Profesionalisme, layanan mesra dan rasa hormat adalah SPOT ON! Lokasi adalah AWESOME...sangat dekat dengan membeli-belah dan pelbagai kedai makan (sebenarnya dalam jarak berjalan kaki)! Selain itu, HATS OFF ke restoran Bonnie dan Clyde yang terletak di dalam hotel. Makanan, minuman dan KHIDMAT PELANGGAN adalah HEBAT ♥️🍸🥩🍲♥️! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tidak mempunyai microwave di dalam bilik. Selain daripada itu, hotel ini adalah tempat penginapan yang HEBAT dan PENUH Kecantikan sama ada untuk perniagaan atau untuk beriadah.

酒店職員非常親切有禮，房間亦在中午已經準備妥當。我有三件行李，職員主動幫助推上房，退房時更幫我把行李推至check in counter。房間十分乾淨整齊，可惜不見牙膏牙刷及拖鞋，不知道是否要自備，不過幸好我自己也有，所以並無大礙。

Perkhidmatan ulang-aliknya hebat dan pemandunya sangat ramah. Lokasi sangat bagus dan betul-betul di sebelah pusat membeli-belah yang besar. Sarapan pagi mempunyai pelbagai hidangan panas, yang sangat saya hargai.

酒店非常整潔乾淨，服務人員態度温和，非常nice！距機場10分鐘車程，司機也非常好，到了機場打電話給前台告訴在哪個門，前台會告訴你在哪裡等，一會兒酒店標示的車就會去接你
