Hotel 2 Bintang di Grau i Platja

The hotel is small but quirky. We had a superior room which provided us with a roof terrace which had 2 sofas and was partly under cover. There were roller shutters as well as a toldo and a super efficient air conditioning unit. Unfortunately the advertised coffee making facility was not provided and we never got it during our 4 night stay either. There is no fridge in the room but a small one in the reception area for everybody to use. We were a bit disappointed that there was no small table included next to the armchair. That would have been useful. Also there were no shelves in the wardrobe. A double wardrobe with 4 clothes hangers but no shelves nor drawers is a bit puny. Entrance to the front door and your room is via a code which is an excellent idea. The hotel was very quiet even though it allowed dogs. The location is a short stroll from the harbour and beginning of the promenade and there are a number of restaurants and cafes, panerderias and a Más y Más close by. All in all a nice budget hotel. When you go to restaurants nearby ,note that they open quite late in the evening (7.30 at the earliest) and ask for prices up front. We ordered a bottle of house wine for a certain price only to be told after a while that only the more expensive one was available. That happened in 2 different restaurants The cafe at the corner does lovely tostadas for breakfast, it is just across the road. Several eateries in a side street leading to a plaza also more or less across the street from the hotel Superior room on top (4th) floor with high ceiling (lift stops at floor 3) is spacious with a lovely terrace If you bring your dog, you pay a deposit of €30 at the beginning of your stay, which will be returned provided your dog hasn't done any damage

Een erg luxe hotel. Alles is erg schoon en mooi. Het parkeren is wel wat minder omdat de garage van het hotel meestal vol is. Hierdoor moet je een stuk lopen en betaald parkeren. Verder een goede service, goed eten en aardig personeel. Fijn strand en boulevard op loopafstand.

Estuvimos en este hotel desde 4 al día 11 del presente mes , el mismo superó nuestras expectativas ya que nos sentimos como en casa en familia , el servicio muy bueno tanto en atención como en las ofertas , quiero mencionar a Silvia maître del Hotel muy atenta con los clientes con su bonita sonrisa y siempre dando lo mejor al punto que cumplimos aniversario y se encargo de que nuestra noche en sala fiesta fuera la mejor!!!!!!!!, la animación muy buena en especial las noches con Niurka ...todo un talento en el piano !!!!!!y su grupo haciendo bailar a todos , considero que todo el personal del hotel cumple con sus funciones y contribuye a que la estancia de los clientes sea la mejor. En cuanto a las comidas que ofrecen las encontramos muy a gusto en cuanto a variedad, presentación y elaboración para mi un..... 10 ....en sentido general recomiendo este hotel aquellas personas que optan por pasar unas felices vacaciones.
