I read some of the other reviews and can see some of the points of the negative comments. However, looking at the pictures before we booked, we fully knew what we were getting into. It is basically a hostel and a lot of younger or single or couples traveling stay here. Food prices are a bit high but can't blame them based on the low rate they charge at the facility. It is tired and minimal comforts in the room, but it promotes common area relaxation and the pool is nice and the sounds of the rainforest is enough reason to sit outside and relax. Staff was very helpful and the beer....best beer I had the entire time in Argentina. Their brewer is awesome.

Es un buen alojamiento para el precio de las habitaciones. Si quieren lujo, este no es el lugar indicado. Pero si lo que quieren es descansar y tener una excelente ubicacion para recorrer la ciudad, este es el lugar indicado. Esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, de la terminal de buses (donde se puede ir a las cataratas y al aeropuerto por mucho menos dinero que lo que vale un taxi). La zona es tranquila, y pueden ir caminando a donde quieran porque estan cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero cumplen con lo necesario. El desayuno esta bien. La atencion del personal es excelente, son muy amables. La limpieza es muy buena.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en habitación con 4 camas individuales. Llegamos con la familia bien temprano antes del check in, nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos guardaron los bolsos para que aprovechemos el día. Al día siguiente cumplía años mí esposa y con el desayuno nos trajeron una mini torta con una velita. Nos parecio un detalle muy lindo. Destacable la atención y cordialidad. La habitación es cómoda y cumple su función, ropa blanca en muy buen estado y todo muy limpio. La infraestructura en general es un poco anticuada pero bien conservada. La pileta estaba limpia y habilitada pero no tuvimos tiempo de usarla ni el clima ayudo. Volveríamos a elegir

Le doy la más alta calificación en todos los ítem a evaluar: atención, limpieza, servicio, comodidad, confort y precio. El hotel y su personal brinda todo lo necesario para garantizar una agradable y confortable estadía (tuve un inconveniente y Mauro lo resolvió satisfactoriamente a la bervedad , Laura también respondió satisfactoriamente a un requerimiento, la señora de la limpieza de habitaciones también me dio lo que le solicité muy amablemente, les estoy muy agradecida). No encontré aspectos negativos, al contrario. Cuando volvamos a Pto. Iguazú, sin dudas volveremos a elegirlo, también lo tendremos como primera opción, tanto mi esposo como yo, a todo el que nos solicite que le recomendemos un buen alojamiento a la hora de visitar esa ciudad.
