不推薦入住 雖是五星級酒店 但是設計很一般 酒店確實不大 以為內部設施會精細一些 但是並沒有 衞生 設施都像四星級的 最讓人噁心的是 check in遇到一個印度裔 到的時候沒有人在 我上樓找 看到有人在小房間聊天（他就在裡頭）他竟然一句話都沒問 我以為他們都是住客 過了半小時才下來 我問他是不是就在樓上 他説是 我説我上去了沒看到嗎 他撒謊説沒看到 我非常生氣 説你就是看到了 他又變説法説不知道我是住客 我説要投訴 他竟然説自己就是manager 還是這家酒店老闆 我已經氣無語了 第二天看到其他員工 問了 確認他完完全全撒謊精 取行李的時候 他們給了送了小禮物裏面放了小卡片 讓我跟經理投訴 寫了估計上千字的的投訴信 但是他們不會辭退那個sb-叫sam 因為他有NZ身份 算local 衹能等他自己提離職 簡直離譜 酒店早餐不錯 送到房間來 如果想拍拍早餐是可以體驗一下 但是服務 我完全沒體驗到

It's a fantastic hotel for a first-time solo visit to Auckland. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. I loved the room; it was so charming, and I felt at home. The staff was delightful, and the breakfast in bed was next-level amazing! I had a few early morning tours, and the staff made sure to provide me with breakfast before I left for my all-day tours. That was so kind of them! Should I return to Auckland I would 100% stay at this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Fitzroy for three nights at the beginning of our vacation in New Zealand and came back for the final night. We picked it because of its glowing reputation, and both of our stays surpassed our expectations. For all the amenities you get at this amazing boutique hotel, it's a steal of a deal. Wonderful service by the staff. Great location. One of the best hotel stays of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Fitzroy!

After Holland America cruise, extended several days in Auckland. Stayed at this B&B. Glad we did. Great location, walked tree lined streets down to the harbor. Had lunch then up the Sklyline tower. Hotel Fitzroy delicious breakfast delivered to room. Wine/beer/cheese at 5:09, met other travelers. Walked to nice dinners. Room quiet, great he'd and shower. We highly recommend

Hotel Fitzroy was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was in the new part. It was comfortable, and had a good design aesthetic, but not uncomfortably minimalist. The location was very good for us. It is close to Ponsonby, with its restaurants, shopping and not too far from the business district. Breakfast was very good, being cooked and then delivered to our room, or at an outside table. There are several porches or patios for eating, drinking or relaxing outside. I took advantage of a porch side afternoon beverage and wished I had done that everyday. The staff were helpful and always available.

Great service. Very good and plentiful breakfast. All the fruit you could eat. Also eggs, sausage and bacon. Great price and location just one block from Ponsonby. Room ready early. Neighborhood is good for walking to the nearby bars and restaurants.

We stumbled upon this hotel during an unexpected holiday to NZ (it’s a long story) and we were incredibly surprised to find one of the very best parts of our trip in our stay here. First and foremost, Steven is gifted at hospitality- he is meant to receive guests the way Picasso was created to paint. We have truly never felt more at home away from home, while simultaneously feeling treated to an experience beyond our wildest expectations. The wine happy hour was charming, the room was something out of a film you want to be part of (warmed bathroom tiles and towel racks, velvet overthrows, espresso machine and Dyson hair dryer in the closet, complimentary mini bar), and the bed and breakfast was brilliant. We planned our trip around a second stay at the end. It was truly a masterpiece. If given the choice, I’d recommend a room downstairs.

A lovely boutique all suite hotel offering relaxed accomodation in a quite yet cool and hip area of Auckland a short stroll to Ponsonby Central. Suites are not huge but lovingly equipped and full of light. Good bathroom with big shower and excellent toiletries. Staff is courteous, caring young and exceedingly professional. Fridge and bar (complimentary) is refilled daily. Breakfast served either in the room (only one chair) or in one of the common terraces (in company with awfully cheeky lovely birds, you can't say no to them although you should). Bus 105 stops very close in both directions. I hope to be back very soon.

They checked us in early with a big nice room. They have a 4 to 6 pm canapés and drinks. Breakfast is to order in the room or on one of their balconies. You’re a few blocks from great restaurants, shops and people. You’re an hour from a wonderful museum and park in one direction and a zoo in another direction. It’s a nice place.
