Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Groot-Bijgaarden

This was my first time that I have ever stayed in an Ibis Budget hotel anywhere, and I have to say that on seeing the reception area and my room for the 1st time my heart sank a bit. The room looks exactly how I would imagine a student bedroom to look like, very basic and functional, absolutely no cosiness or warmth. Also, the walls are rough cast plaster and in need of repainting, so overall a bit depressing on 1st sight. However, I soon got used to the room, was only in it to sleep and the bed and pillows are the equal to a 5 star hotel. The shower is in a moulded plastic cubicle, but excellent. There were painters there during my stay, so presuming the hotel is getting redone now. Blackout blinds on the windows and totally silent at night. Buffet Breakfast has everything you need, not cooked, but I didn't mind that at all. Lots of different staff over the course of my 5 night stay, but all consistently excellent with their customer service. Ibis must recruit the best and then train them well. I was travelling solo , definitely not a hotel for a romantic getaway. The 'No *****' sign in the bedroom alarmed me a bit at first, I thought , 'What kindof establishment is this?!' For the price I paid, I couldn't fault it. Super clean. Hard to find any faults considering the price, Well done to Ibis and all the staff.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para ir al día siguiente al aeropuerto o para desplaz**** y visitar los alrededores. Es un hotel básico que cumple su función para pasar un par de noches máximo. No lo recomendaría para una semana de vacaciones, ya que algunas cosas se pueden echar de menos en verano: una piscina donde relaj**** o aire acondicionado para refresc****. Yo fui en mi coche propio porque tenía que desplazarme a 15 minutos del hotel, pero en la puerta paran autobuses. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y el aparcamiento gratuito está cerrado con una barrera, así que da bastante seguridad dejar el coche. La comida del restaurante está buena y aunque tiene platos fijos en la carta, cada día hay un plato adicional que es distinto. El desayuno incluye un poco de todo: fiambre, fruta, pan, lácteos y bollería. Aunque el zumo daba la impresión de estar aguado.

Tempat yang bagus, ia tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang, anda boleh menaiki kereta api ke stesen terdekat yang dipanggil Diegem berjalan kaki sekitar 15 minit (harga saya 8 euro) atau anda boleh menaiki teksi (sekitar 16-20 euro).

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.

Das Zimmer hatte nicht wirklich einen Wohlfühlfaktor. Es handelte sich - warum auch immer - um ein 3-Bett-Zimmer. Es gibt am Fenster keine Gardine, sondern nur einen Verdunkelungsvorhang. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht kippen, sondern nur ganz öffnen Das Bad ist recht klein und fast komplett aus Kunststoff. Nicht schön. Das Zimmer selbst war recht geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Trotzdem wirkte vieles ein wenig ‚schmuddelig‘. Das Bett war in Ordnung und recht bequem. Die Decke für die Jahreszeit aber zu dick. Es gibt einen freundlichen Eingangsbereich mit separater Bar. Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich. Für den Zweck, den Preis und eine Nacht war es aber absolut in Ordnung.

J ai effectué un séjour de 5 nuits à l hotel Phenix situé sur la chaussée de Ninove. Rapport qualité-prix,l hotel est correct: accueil chaleureux,chambre très petite mais agréablement décorée,petit dejeuner copieux. Le ménage de la chambre est quotidien avec un changement des effets et du linge de toilette inclus. Néanmoins,les chambres (non climatisées) sont une vraie fournaise particulièrement si elles sont exposées au soleil couchant!!!Des lors qu'on tente de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour tenter d aérer,on souffre du bruit de la circulation sur la Chaussée de Ninove. Trop chaud,trop bruyant!!!Horrible!! Dommage car l'emplacement de l hotel est pratique grâce aux bus 128 et 127 qui mènent au centre de Bruxelles en 15min. J y reviendrai volontiers à condition que les chambres soient climatisées !!!

We had to cancel a room for our guest, which is unable to come due to hospitalisation of his wife with a dying baby. When we called your hotel to cancel the room we booked earlier tonight, the only thing the receptionist said was: unfortunately we cannot give your money back. Then asked for the room number and after hearing some woman talking in the background he hung up on us. When we called back the same dude answered, same lady in the back. (Guy speaks Dutch, woman French). When we  explained that the call was disconnected he said ‘No, you’re calling to the wrong hotel, you have to call to the Zaventem hotel.’ When we said… but we just spoke to you personally, he hung us up again. It’s not about the refund but hanging up twice and lying to customers is unacceptable.

Personnel de l’hôtel et service au client au top du top. De plus, j’ai passé un agréable séjour. Rien à redire sur la chambre. Je séjournerai de nouveau en dans cet hôtel si je dois revenir dans ce coin à Bruxelles.

Although the hotel is at the end of the Erasmus metro line, the hotel is only 2 minutes away on foot to the metro station, and it would take only 20 minutes to arrive at the Brussels Central station. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area surrounded by trees. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was very polite. The room given was room number 209. It was clean, a decent size for 1 person, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, and it included the necessary toiletries. Room service was provided everyday. Breakfast was included, and it was a buffet. It included cold cuts, sweet pastries, hot dishes, cereal and coffee.. All in all it was a lovely stay, I would really recommend it and I would certainly revisit this hotel during my next trip to Brussels :-) Thank you for your lovely hospitality.
