I had an amazing stay at this hotel, where the service was outstanding, and every employee was warm and attentive. The food was exceptional, with every meal exceeding expectations. The shuttle drivers were helpful and made getting around a breeze. The ski shop staff were experienced and gave great gear recommendations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent service, great food, and a highly knowledgeable team. Highly recommended! Also the team offered great recommendations around the town and secured us many reservations.

Our stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was meticulously attended to. The hotel’s ambiance exuded elegance, and the service was exceptional, providing us with a unique experience.

We have been going to Gstaad for many years and stayed in another hotel. Due to construction in that hotel, we moved to the Bellevue, having heard good things about it. What a lucky move! I have to say the hotel surpassed expectations in service, the spa, comfort and food. The staff was amazing and so incredibly welcoming, the head concierge Olivier feels like an old friend as do many of the others there. The decor is like someone's home, very comfortable and cozy, and that feeling of comfort carries through to the way everyone treats you. The location is also great, right in town and easy walking distance to most things. The restaurants were all great, the main dining room for dinner was wonderful. I really have nothing more to add! We enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to going again next year.

We have booked a short stay in Le Grand Bellevue through a website. Due to unforeseen family problems, we were trying to change the dates of our stay a week before arrival. Instead of arriving on a Sunday, we asked the hotel kindly to move our booking to the Wednesday after. On the hotel website there are still available rooms for the new requested period. We were told that this is a busy season for them therefore the change is not possible. After few email exchange, we told the hotel that we would be flexible with new dates and accept low season stay, according to their availability (on the website, there are available rooms for almost all March, including weekends). A specific negative mention to the Reservations Coordinator who is not trying to make any effort to accommodate our exceptional request for a possible change. This is not cancellation, this is trying to change the dates. Please see attached the photo of the availability on the hotel website.

Le Grand Bellevue is by far our favourite hotel ever which is why we keep going back! This is our 5th time there and every second of our stay was perfect as usual! The wonderful staff make us feel so welcome and at home especially Olivier and Edgar who we now know for many years! Thank you also for the gluten free birthday cake and card, it always makes me feel so special! We are always so sad to leave but we look forward to returning for our next visit to Gstaad!!

We took a short trip here for two nights and really enjoyed so many aspects. Staff are amazing - from the front desk to the concierge to the maids to the restaurant and bar staff. Clean rooms, tasteful decor, prompt service to replenish items. We had winter half board which included buffet and a la carte breakfast and dinner three course menu. The food was phenomenal - so many locally sourced items, beautifully prepared and presented. The spa was very nice - we used the different saunas and the gym. We look forward to returning someday.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Le Grand Bellevue. The staff from the reception, restaurants and spa were super friendly and helpful especially the concierge staff, Olivier, who organised a wonderful excursion day for us. We had a driver to take us to the most scenic places and had the most delicious lunch at the best fondue restaurant in town. Thank you very much Olivier for giving us the most memorable day in Gstaad!!

It’s always a pleasure going back to this hotel, there are tons of positive aspects, big and small, too numerous to list. And that is what makes this place so special. Driving their Microlino was great fun as well! Always happy to arrive and sad to leave…

Undoubtedly the best Hotel in Gstaad for people who value human relationships and cosiness as much as perfect service and beautiful landscape ! Mr Olivier Desbois, Guest Ambassador speaking 17 languages, has a major role in providing information and making any arrangements for the most successful stay. Many thanks to each member of the staff who treats guests with profound respect and unlimited kindness.

We spent 4 days at the Grand Bellevue in Gstaad in August 2024. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. First the staff is extremely nice: always willing to help with a smile. The ambassador guest, Olivier Desbois, who speaks 17(!) languages, was particularly helpful: advising us on treks in the mountains, reserving tickets for a concert and discussing life in general. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy and relaxed with many amenities available: swimming pool, sauna, gym, massage, private cinema, library, etc. Our room was large, sunny with a great view on the mountains surrounding Gstaad. The breakfast was extremely varied with both a buffet and an "à la carte" menu served by friendly and smiling hosts.

Gstaad is our favorite town in Switzerland, but it is not for everybody and especially not for busloads of tourists or teenage ski Bumbs. It has several 5-star hotels all of which are different and live up to their ranking. The hotel Le Grand Bellevue is excellently located on the edge of the promenade shopping street featuring many of the highest end luxury boutiques. Most of its rooms have unobstructed mountain views. While the hotel is not air conditioned Gstaad is high enough that it generally cools down at night so that the temperature is pleasant with assistance from a fan that the hotel gladly provides. Since the hotel is located on a quiet and large piece of property, noise with open windows at night is not an issue. It is not a late night party scene. The countryside looks like the Swiss version of what I imagine Aspen looked like 50 years ago, but many of the traditional Swiss chalets have state-of-the-art subterranean amenities. Again the staff here was top notch, personable and knew who we were. Hiking trails are nearby and picturesque.

A wonderful experience in every aspect. Feels like a home away from home- staff, rooms, food, simply everything makes you want to stay longer. 5 stars but in a quiet, not flashy way. Very personal, warm hearted, modern interpretation of British interiors, classy, but not stuffy. Just go!

My home away from home. The entire team at Grand Bellevue will always go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They are kind and truly care for their guests. AND the SPA… such a beautiful space. I can’t wait to go back. They deserve more than a 5 star ⭐️ ranking.
