The location is okay, you have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the nearest metro station, the hotel is a little bit off the grid. The nearest supermarket is 7-8 minutes away. The staff was nice. The room itself matched its price BUT there were 2 significant drawbacks.
First, the Wi-Fi quality was terrible. I couldn't have stable videocalls, there were constant interruptions. In the end, I had to cancel work calls.
Second, there were a few mosquitos that somehow managed to get in despite the nets installed on the window.
Overall, I would still recommend IF you don't need a great Wi-Fi connection

The guy at the reception wasnt friendly, asked for deposit while this wasnt said in my vaucher or anywhere in description. He also didn’t speak English, so it took him long time to explain what he wants from me.
It was quite cold outside (+7 degrees) and when I entered my room the balcony was open and it was cold inside as well:(
Although in general the room was cozy, clean and nice.

第一次過來這邊，看了好幾家酒店，看了房間都不怎麼滿意。看到這家店的房間就果斷下單了。衞生很乾凈，空間不是很大，設備齊全。2個人住不大剛剛好。這附近價格都挺貴的。前台説攜程做活動381元感覺還是很合適的。前台服務也好，全程笑着回答問題，很有耐心。前台有免費的茶水和餅乾。酒店離醫院很近，走路就2分鐘，第二天一大早去醫院簡直太方便了。看完還能立馬回酒店休息。但是有車的要注意，酒店沒有停車場，停附近很貴，酒店讓我停遠一點，8-9百米外停車能便宜一半。

I recently stayed at Nuomo Hotel for a night and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy.
The room was quite basic and lacked a window, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Instead of a traditional smart TV, the room had a projector. This was an interesting touch but didn't add much to the overall experience.
One downside was the limited dining options around the hotel. There weren't many restaurants nearby, which made finding a meal a bit challenging. Additionally, the hotel is located at a junction with a lot of cars passing by, which might be a concern for light sleepers.
Overall, Nuomo Hotel provided a decent stay for a short visit, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

PPengguna TetamuПриятный отель, хорошее расположение относительно аэропорта, после оформления бронирования сразу вручили ваучер на бесплатный напиток в баре (чай, кофе, пиво и т.д.). Был доступен поздний выезд в 14.00. Также отелем был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта на люксовом микроавтобусе. Остались только приятные впечатления от отеля. Все красиво и на высшем уровне. Классный дизайн, управление в номере современное. Из минусов хочу выделить строящийся микрорайон. Видно, что отель новый, поэтому локация вокруг еще не благоустроена, лучше пользоваться услугами такси или заказывать трансфер из отеля. В общем мне понравилось, буду и дальше выбирать Hilton.

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

EENnnnnOooooThis was the first time I chose the brand Rosewood, and the overall experience was great. The reception desk was very smooth, thanks to Tina's help, which was very efficient, the room arrangement was also very perfect, the restaurant was a fusion of new style cantonese cuisine, the food taste was very authentic and special, and the table prepared by Mr. Lai was also very excellent. I chose to rent a car for this trip, and the hotel provided very convenient parking service. Clarence's reminder saved a lot of time. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店地段很不錯，打車去沙麪島、陳家祠、永慶坊都很方便，酒店旁邊吃的餐館不少，想吃傳統老字號品牌的旁邊也有一家，距離不過百米，喝早茶相當方便。酒店是一整層，房間數非常多，安排入住的房間比較大，整體設施比較簡單，最大程度做到乾淨整潔。服務態度也很好。房間沒有電吹風，估計需要找前台拿，一次性拖鞋不屬於標配但找前台就可以拿。房間美中不足的是窗户太小，通風一般，好在有空調。按平日價格這個性價比還是不錯的。
