Outstanding Stay at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel I recently stayed at the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the city skyline from the window was breathtaking. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tianhe District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.

Convenient location in Tianhe. Clean and comfortable. kitchen fully equipped with utensils. Breakfast place is small and a little bit each of Chinese Japanese western but sufficient. Staff can speak English or Japanese also. In-room info says there’s a delivery robot in the hotel but during my stay staff delivered to my room each time, sometimes took up to half an hour to be delivered to my room. On a semi long trip would definitely consider staying here again.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel was over top of 5 stars hotel . First time stayed and location so great to collect by MTR. Executive floor provided all the day food and drinks. This valentine day , we got a good memory and relax time. Recommend to stay at least 2 nights or more .

Stayed one night with my son. Room itself is old and outdated but the outdoor facilities are perfect for my three years old. There are plenty of green space and outdoor playgrounds, I just wish that outdoor pool is open but it would be excited to comeback and use the outdoor pool! Breakfast is amazing !!! Love love love. Definitely come back this summer

Has been my preferred hotel whenever I’m in Guangzhou. Solely because they have modern toilets! 😁 Clean and spacious room, enough for 2 people. Location wise is very strategic: close to Metro (it’s just in front of the hotel), there’s fast food across the hotel, lots of places to eat nearby, a mini mart close by, taxi very easy to get to. Bus from Hong Kong just in front of the hotel. And last but not least, friendly and super super helpful Hotel Staff, especially Richard at front desk who helped my nephew when he lost his passport. Went out of his way to help. Really appreciate it!!! 👍🏻
