Hotel berhampiran Guoshi Dazongci (South Gate), Guangzhou

Ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan harga yang hebat. Saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini selama 3 malam dan saya berharap saya boleh tinggal lebih lama. Katil sangat selesa, aircond sangat sejuk, bilik luas dan besar, dan sangat bersih juga. Lokasi juga bagus, dengan harga ini saya rasa anda tidak boleh menemui hotel lain yang lebih baik daripada ini. Saya pasti akan tinggal di hotel ini lagi jika saya melawat GuangZhou lagi.

Kelebihan: Lokasinya sangat baik, terdapat jalan pejalan kaki di tingkat bawah, tarikan berdekatan berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, terdapat banyak makanan yang lazat, dan Kuil Buddha Besar boleh dilihat di luar tingkap bilik; Kelemahan: Untuk hotel perniagaan pada harga ini, biliknya agak kecil. Tidak ada jubah mandi atau tuala tangan, hanya sofa tunggal yang kecil Apa yang lebih keterlaluan ialah 4 lif tidak boleh disambungkan ke Internet Pada asasnya, mereka berhenti di setiap tingkat. Tiada sesiapa di atas lantai... Terdapat jeti batu yang menghalang pintu masuk ke hotel, dan beg pakaian hanya boleh diangkat untuk berlalu;

This was for the other 3 twin rooms I booked for my families. Similarly, I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff during our recent stay. When my daughter fell ill, the team went above and beyond to assist us in such a stressful time. They promptly helped us identify the nearest and best hospital to visit and even arranged a Didi vehicle to ensure we could get there without any hassle. Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine concern turned what could have been a chaotic situation into one of comfort and reassurance. This level of service is truly rare, and I am deeply thankful. Highly recommend this hotel for not just their hospitality but their humanity. Special thanks to the ladies at the counter working on the night of 19 Dec 24. As for the hotel: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near all the key attractions and just a short walk from an amazing dim sum place that I highly recommend with metro walking distance away in the mall beside. The hotel itself was spotless, with a clean and well-maintained environment that made my stay so comfortable. A special mention goes to the fantastic cleaning staff, especially the helpful and hardworking 'Ah Yi,' who ensured everything was perfect during my stay. The bed was also very comfortable (personally for me). The entire staff is incredibly polite and professional, consistently providing exceptional service that truly made me feel welcome. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of great location, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: The room is spacious and equipped with basic items. Location is fantastic, near to metro and the tourist shopping street. Water pressure and heater is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful to what you need. Cons: The chiller is not working at all and our food was spoilt after a day. Lack of wardrobe space and tables to put our stuff. Need more power sockets with built in travel adapters will be even better. Overall, happy with the stay and accommodation costs is very reasonable.👍

Very friendly and helpful staff, amenities were nice, and laundry on premises was super helpful. Emphasis on the helpfulness of the staff, taking time to help with the booking of train tickets intercity and allowing us to use their personal phone to make calls and inquires on our behalf for Activites as our Chinese was not fluent. Incredibly easy to catch taxis to key locations as empty cabs drive past every minute or so.

The hotel have very good location,  just in front of the metro Shipaqiao station line 3  very convenient to go to Airport. There are 5 shopping mall and underground shopping mall, many restaurant. I highly recommend to you to choose this hotel. Staffs very helpful. The room has a comfy bed and huge TV.

Mercure @ Tianhe is located in an excellent location - 10 min walk away from a wide range of large malls including Grandview Mall, TeeMall@Tianhe, Victory Square, Tianhe Fashion Walk. With easy access to taxis, we are able to travel to other parts of Guangzhou from the hotel with ease. The hotel is spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and staffed by highly trained and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet is value for money - it has a wide range to suit health conscious individuals like myself and picky eaters like my children. We stayed there for 9 nights and our view from the 25th floor is spectacular especially at night. The staff were also very sweet and thoughtful - they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us ahead of our early flight at 6am so that we could have a warm and sumptuous meal at the airport before we departed. We highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a clean, spacious, safe and accessible location for an amazing time in Guangzhou.

Ini adalah kali pertama saya menginap di hotel bertemakan kopi retro, dan saya mendapat segulung kopi dan baucar urutan 100 yuan. Katil sangat selesa dan saya tidak mempunyai masalah untuk tidur. Saya berpuas hati dalam setiap aspek, malah pelayan itu menangguhkan penginapan saya sehingga pukul dua.

The staff, especially Yinxing, is very cheerful, helpful and attentive even though English is not their first language. The room is kept clean by the cleaners every day and we were very impressed that cloths are colour coded for cleaning different areas. Its location is very convenient and easily accessible by Metro to the various places of interest and shopping malls. Most surprised and happy that complimentary supper is provided nightly. Breakfast is simple as compared to some higher end hotels but it's good enough, since there's so much cheap & good food in GZ. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our friends.
