We only had 1 day in Guangzhou before going to the airport and this hotel was a great choice as it was on the airport like and main line to the city centre. Room was clean and spacious no complaints. The area has lots of shops around. Check in was easy despite staff not speaking English.

五樓視野好，美中不足的就是陽台是護欄是牆，擋了光線，2-4樓的陽台護欄是玻璃（^○^）可惜這次4樓都住滿啦，下次來住想住在4樓！
服務人員都很好！晚上前台沒有人值班，但是工作手機24小時（應該）都有人接聽，凌晨開車出去，打電話讓掃停車碼，都有人響應！贊贊贊！
我也很喜歡這裏的床上用品～每次都睡得很香！
這裏平時來住價格都很美，就是趕上廣交會不太美麗¯\_（ツ）_/¯島上都漲價，不過價格都還是蠻穩定的。

Satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Located near metro station, eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. Love their breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. They provide almost everything we need. Hair dryer, weight scale, charger adapter, toiletries, mini bar, washer and dryer came with free detergent. The front staff helped us to order takeout through a local food delivery app, a robot delivered our foods to our doorstep. I love their separated shower and toilet. Coming from a southeast Asian country, i feel like the only downside is that their toilets dont have bidets. But overall, it was an amazing stay.

We had a bad surprise a soon as we checked in. The room we booked was at a House aside from the hotel (there are thousands of them) and the house have 3 floors, you have to take your luggage up the stairs, depending on which floor you are. The size of the room is much smaller than they say (30-40 sqd meters) cause they show a living room in the pictures, but this is a common area for all the rooms in that house. They have carpet in the rooms and as permitted to smoke, the smell is heavy and dirty and we all got sick from sleeping 3 nights there. Because of that we even left one day before our schedule, loosing the money from the last night we didn’t use. The balcony and bathroom’s doors are glass made, so you get huge light inside the all night. We asked some fabric to try to cover it, but didn’t help much. The outdoors activities are fun, and the staff is very organized and helpful. It’s worth to visit a day, not to sleep in. I’m very disappointed with our experience. One more thing that bothers us is that every morning after breakfast they gave treats asking for us to write good reviews.

JJoannaI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months.
Cleanliness:
I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis).
Amenities:
I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future.
Service :
The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

PPengguna TetamuThis has honestly been the best getaway from the bustling city in a long while.
Ji Yun Yao is exactly what we wanted, a light luxury hotel nested in the middle of the mountains, away from the the crowds and the traffic.
- Location: there’s about 12 mins of a drive before arriving to the hotel, where you need to navigate through the narrow one lane road with at lease 2-3 steep turns. You’ll need to contact the receptionist beforehand to make sure no car is coming down before you make your way up. It can be a bother to some, but I think it was worthwhile once we were up there, especially because it means there were no day trippers visiting to take photos and leave.
- Facility: there are 31 rooms in total, each with great privacy. The room we stayed in was quite new. We loved the spacious design, and our own private hot spring tube. The common areas are super well designed, and really blended the arquitectura and the landscape really well.
- Service: we really enjoyed the service we received. All staff was kind and polite. Most of them greeted us appropriated just like they would in a five star hotel. The attention to detail was very heartwarming, especially one of the restaurant waiter who remembered our coffee order from the previous day and the baby food order, before we even asked it.
It would be nice if they had name tags so we can recognize their efforts.
- Food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are complimentary from the hotel. You can choose from Western or Chinese breakfast each day. Lunch and Dinner are not included in your stay. There is only one hotel restaurant that serves Chinese food. Waimai may or may not reach the hotel (we didn’t try). The hotel restaurant had pretty great food, so we dined there the two days we stayed there.
-Activities: there’s a play room and playground for kids, which was well maintained. There’s also a small river/lake which you can walk around. We really enjoyed sitting by the water in one of the platforms and take in the scenery and the quietness.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the noise, and anyone who would enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains.

Resturant table little small, out side table little hot. Dont want set outside. I suggest eat/finish card on the desk in order to find table easily. Also need beer. In the hot spring, pls arrange more Kids items. It will be helpful for customer coming again.(Like bigger slide)
In the lobby, kids zone is useless. I think there is baby zone. Need to upgrade. Normally, kids zone is popular facility in hotel.

YYuni_Soul_GZ_CA_KRI couldn’t expect this hotel is that much perfect for a family and children. I have two children 2 and 4 years. The room condition was perfect clean and spacious. The weather was not good but it didn’t matter to enjoy this place because it has indoor pools not just like normal swimming pools I mean pools in a cave 😝 the ceiling of the cave had holes like a nature one, which makes the indoor atmosphere air the artificial cave. Also there are two different kids room. These are easy and convenient for parents to observe kids. Moreover, there are bunch of photo spots 😍 lastly, when we got check-out, we found the hotel served kids art craft and cooking class. We enjoyed from the beginning to the last moment. I’m willing to visit here again.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hotel in the heart of Guangzhou. We had a room with two king sized beds which was perfect for 3 of us - couple and a single.
It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
Washing machines and driers in the lobby were provided and very helpful.
Free breakfast every day and you could choose from western cuisines or Chinese dishes including freshly made soup noodles. And if that sort of cuisine does not sujite you there is a McDonalds, 7-11, Starbucks and Subway in the lobby.
In the evening they provided late night snacks of instant noodles and eggs which was a nice amenity.
There are not many other eating places in the local area but we did discover, when we checked out from another entrance, outside that entrance were two local restaurants which had we known, might have frequented. Attaching a photo for future guests to check out.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our party wanted to order a meal from a food delivery service and they helped us use the app since it was all in Chinese and required a local number so they used the hotel number and the food came right to our room.
Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall station (Guangzhou Metro) on Line 2 right outside the hotel which made getting to destinations in Guangzhou very convenient.
My only small issue was the hotel WiFi was very spotty. It would go in and out and in the end I just usually hot spotted my phone.
Highly recommended and certainly would chose this place on a future visit without hesitation.

CChenYifeiI would actually rate this hotel six stars. The concierge people consistently friendly and professional. The rooms especially the bath rooms are very clean. And also ways enough bottled water to drink. If they see you consistently drinking water they will also give additional bottles. It is just super. Keep it up Hilton GZ

FFofanaThe room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.
