Ulasan Pullman Guangzhou (Zhujiang New Town Zhongshan Ophthalmology Branch)

As a family of 4, the apartment with 2 double beds has enough space for all and the location was great. There are many dining options around and it's safe. We loved the bathing products they had (shampoo and bath gel) as they smelled delicious and were good quality. The washing machine inside the room was very useful too! The room had a great view. It's important to mention to customers that the building's name is Ledeen Apartments.

location was difficult to find as it is wrongly indicated on the Trip.com map and you have to call the housekeeper for directions. room is poorly maintained with falling parts and moldy ceilings - as if a long-term resident just lent you their house to stay in for a few days. when i arrived, the electric kettle was sitting in a puddle of water and the plug was wet. to use the washing machine, you will need to connect it to an extension cord from outside the bathroom which makes it a hazard. the shower head wouldn't stay in its holder (keeps falling off) and there is no place/hooks in the toilet to hang stuff.

The accommodation is located right in the middle of the bustling Zhujiang New Town and yet provides a quiet and tranquil environment for a peaceful stay. I stayed at level 26 with a magnificent city view. With the price I paid, I thought I will be having a tiny room. Instead, I had a huge one bedroom suite which can accommodate at least 4 people or more. A well equipped, self contained service apartment with a kitchen, huge refrigerator, laundry area with lots of hanging space, huge dining table and lounge area. The staff members are really friendly and helpful, who go above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Will definitely return when I’m in Guangzhou again.

Close to Zhujiang New Town metro station. The room was rather outdated with walls having some peeled paint and the windows having scum stains. The laundry located in the bathroom is an inconvenience as the whole machine had to be dragged out to nearest power outlet just so that it can plugged in for use. Why not provide a long cord extension to save travellers the trouble? Also was not happy that the cleaners threw or took away my two tubes of back ointment and skincare that I left on the table! Saving grace was the quick service response on WeChat and also they waited till after hours to provide met room key (this is not a 24hr service desk place despite the advertisement).

Little outdated rooms but still very good quality price ratio for this location and apartment

clean room, a little difficult to find (might be a problem for those who don't speak chinese), but location as central as is gets for a ressonable price

The place is so clean and beautiful. Very close to the consulate general. There are taxi downstairs. KFC is less than 2 minutes walk. The room has washing machine and a microwave. TV and also projector. The WiFi works great. The bed is comfy too. I like this place. I will surely go back.

The apartment is very clean and the manager is very helpful. Initially we couldn't find the name of this hotel apartment as it was shared with a few other apartment names. The manager is so kind that he walk all the way out to pick us. Thereafter when we are going for lunch, he even offered to help us to book a didi. A big thank you to this manager and his hospitality for showing the beauty of the people in Guangzhou.

The apartment location is ok but the building seems lack of maintenance and Washroom is very small. The interior is just ok.

Good place to stay for short trips with affordable price in downtown. Not new, but not bad at all. Can recommend

Excellent location, just 5 min walk from the metro station Zhujiang new town. Canton tower is one station away. Several nice european/american restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely supportive and kind, fast response and prompt solving of our requests. The apartament is spacious, cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days or upon request. Also on a daily basis you get 2 bottles of water for free. Kitchen not very useful as you do not have utensils to cook. Microwave is provided in the room. Also washing machine and laundry detergent is free. Overall, great stay, and big thanks to the guy from the staff!

Apartment was ok but has nothing to do with Pullman. Be aware.
