Quite good for passengers who arrive late at night, or who have early flights. Clean room and good service.

Pretty much a no frill hotel for the price we paid, can’t expect much. We saw a cockroach when trying to open the room door. Room was musky and unpleasant. Not exactly an airport hotel as the shuttle bus took 10-12mins to reach hotel.

Prefect experience, just call the driver and they will come to fetch u at airport to hotel, is free. Just stay a night for transit, after that the next day they will send u to airport too.

Great place for the price, you will need to add them to wechat so you can arrange the shuttle bus, so please add the wechat id on the site. Breakfast could also be improved for non asian tourist

The staff at the front desk and also the staff attending to phone enquiries were very polite and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel with the taxi, the staff came out to greet us and helped us with the luggages. The check-in and check-out proceed were completed smoothly. There are free shuttle buses to the airport, although the distance to the airport is a little farther away, but it's not an issue. Will recommend to friends and family.

Stayed over here because of a delayed/cancelled flight. The hotel is near the airport, clean, however a little noisy due the planes. The breakfast is okay, but has not a lot of dishes to choose from. Very few places to eat something in the neighbourhood of this hotel. The staff at the check-in was speaking English. Big plus was the free shuttle bus service which brought me to the airport in the morning!

Provide free shuttle bus for 24hr. Suitable for midnight flight guest to stay. Distance of Baiyun Airport to hotel by bus, it will take about 15+mins to reach. Hotel lobby too many mosquitoes, I think due to surrounding on going renovation and construction. Room cleanness is medium, still can feel dusty. Beside, they got provide the air purifier inside the room.

The rooms are neat and clean, the staff is very cooperative, Breakfast was also good, Location was a bit odd, but the Airport shuttle service was a respite, and once you reach the Airport, you have the access to the entire city by the Metro network, will recommend if one wants a peaceful stay away from the busy city.
