Ulasan El Avenida Palace

Room was very nice and spacious. Had a problem with the room next door smoking cigarettes and making the whole place smell. They changed our room straight away and offered free breakfast. Service was great from everyone

The place was great and location is also ideal. Just there quirks with an old place. There was a day my shower stop having cold water only having hot water. My acquaintance room was very warm despite having the windows open/blower on full. Otherwise the people were helpful and friendly. Would come back again.

it’s been nice staying here, working staff here is also nice, and great location, close to sight seeings and most importantly shops are bearby

I am not a person who ask more than its price on accommodations. But this one really makes me disappointing a lot! The location of the hotel is great, it is not prefect because it is hard for a car to drive nearby. The hotel is a little bit old and old fashioned, but it is still ok. But the service, which is really the worst I ever met in Spain in the whole months o stayed. 1, the hotel have repairs when I stayed, but it is ok for me, I just want to know the noise time. But the manager just said it is impossible in their hotel. Looks that she thought I want to take some advantage of the hotel? 2, I have two large luggage box with me, two Conceirge people, just there looked at me, and say bye-bye. 😅 There are many other hotels near the Garcia! I lived 5 there, and this one really make me sad!

I am from Singapore. Was very impressed with the location of the hotel. It has the old castle feel and the roof top pool n good view and the pretty spirals staircase of the hotel to the roof top . The only fault I can find was the bath towels were not very clean. Have feedback to the Mgt and saw the pretty and friendly Manager Ms Monica who is efficient and quick to settle the imperfect and make us have a Happy Stay again . I love the key . Snap shot of the beautify key and the beautiful spiral stairs for your view. Thumbs up for location, service and breakfast. Buffet breakfast reasonably nice . You can even see the Sagrada Familia at the roof top view . Missed out the night scene though. We were too tired shopping at night and forgot to take the night scene .

Everything was perfect, but it will be better if the attitude of the staff improve.

Indeed a beautiful hotel to stay in. Here we find very friendly reception staff who are ever willing to oblige in travel guidelines or taxies. I even had a good briefing on the history of the hotel and was given a very informative book on its history and the visit by Beatles. Highly recommended hotel and by the way, the view at the roof top 9th floor is excellent

房間跟圖片有一點點點差距，照片拍的挺吸血鬼風格的～但是實際走進來比較傳統。 酒店大廳環境確實好看～ 門鎖也挺有特點的，還真重 早餐種類算多 口味還行 能評上攜程巴塞隆拿top6的酒店還算是不錯的 畢竟價格跟別的差別還是很多的

設施：酒店有一些老，整體上是復古風格 衞生：挺乾淨的 環境：地理位置絕佳，距離地鐵站公交站很近，巴特羅之家、米拉之家、加泰羅尼亞廣場都是步行可到的距離，酒店旁邊就有網紅tapas店 服務：服務很好 唯一不足就是攜程的代理在預訂時訂錯了房間，最終平台和酒店比較有誠意地解決了。

房間有的已經翻新過條件好一些，跟前台可以提一下。備品除了牙刷其他都齊全，早餐很值，環境很好，大堂漂亮。距離巴特羅之家衹有5分鐘走路。

雖然是14年裝修的，舊的但乾淨，而且顯得更復古了些，交通方便，定的時候上面評論説早上還可以確實還不錯，酒店旁邊有餐廳，超市，很方便

在巴塞連住4天的酒店，離感恩大道、英國宮非常近，走路幾百米，離高迪三件套也很近，附近到處是好吃的店鋪、超市、葯粧店，出門就是地鐵口，靠近加泰羅尼亞廣場，地理位置優越，酒店內部像宮殿一樣的裝修，給的房間鑰匙也是復古秤砣，出門前把秤砣給前台，出示房間卡片就行，酒店服務也很不錯，我們有的貴重物品放在房間也很安全，特別是在地鐵站碰過小偷之後，唯一不足就是我們的房間在盡頭，隔壁還有一個沒有房間號的像房間一樣的存在，這讓我入住的時候有一點點害怕，下次來巴塞大概率還會選擇入住這家，希望不要給我們安排盡頭的房間
