The service was great, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Facilities: It would be perfect if they could improve the laundry service. I waited all night, but my clothes weren't washed or dried. Everything else was fine. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Very good, with plenty of amenities nearby. Service: 👌

The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, just like family. They were prompt and polite in their responses, and I was especially happy with the room they assigned me. Thumbs up!

The front desk staff were very polite and patient. The cleaning lady was super nice and kept the room spotless. With the air conditioning on, the room didn't feel humid at all.

I used to stay at Atour whenever I traveled for business, but this was my first time at a Ji Hotel. The room had a lovely wooden aesthetic, clean and comfortable, and I was initially very happy with my stay. However, early in the morning, the piercing sound of a construction drill suddenly started, abruptly waking me from my sleep. The noise continued for a full hour, giving me a splitting headache. I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. To my surprise, the person I spoke to handed the phone to someone else to deal with. They then told me that the construction couldn't be stopped and the only option was to change my room, completely disregarding how tired I was from being woken up. My anger flared up instantly, and I had to endure the noise until noon. I thought that would be the end of the hotel's 'solution' – no follow-up whatsoever. But then, in the afternoon, a guy from the front desk called me proactively. His tone was full of apologies, and he offered a solution, which instantly calmed my frustration. What I had planned to be a negative review turned into a glowing one, full of praise.

Families, you absolutely HAVE to book a King Room at the Hanting Hotel! The bedding is so soft, it's like sinking into a cloud. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities are clean and well-equipped. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and there's even free laundry service! Plus, there are incredibly delicious desserts and late-night snacks nearby – I gained so much weight, but it was worth it!

Oh, and a quick positive review! The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A big shout-out to the lady at the front desk, she was really great! The location is also good, right by the Jiangnanxi business district. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel front desk! I left my phone in a ride-sharing car, and since I was about to head out, I had the driver drop it off at the front desk for me. They were super responsible and even called me to confirm! Everyone there had such a great attitude.

The hotel is close to a smelly ditch, but I didn't smell anything inside. There's a self-service laundry machine and dryer (I think). Downstairs, there's breakfast and a lounge area, and across the street, there's a place for dim sum that I really like. To the right, there's a restaurant specializing in preserved raw seafood, and to the left, there's a pet grooming salon, a pastry shop, a juice bar, a lamb noodle shop (not very good), and a small convenience store. Near the exit, there's a wet market, a traditional Chinese medicine store, and a massage parlor (Zheng Yuanyuan) with good therapists 👍. Directly opposite are various snack stalls.

Very happy with both my stay at Ji hotel GZ and SZ. Minimalistic, clean and hi tech. Budget friendly. I will definitely stay at Ji hotel again

Location not so good if taking Metro, however its very good in the middle of Jiang Nan Xi Road, which has huge food selection from Michelin level outlets and near 3 major malls. Gym has only 2 threadmills but of very high quality. Plus is the 4 washing machines and 4 tumble dryers making longer stay very convenient. Price is only the higher side compared to other Ji Hotels we have stayed before in Huadu district being in town. Downside is no access by car as hotel is part of apartment block of private property.

As always, Hanting delivers peace of mind. This particular location is incredibly quiet, making it perfect for a deep, restful sleep!
