The room was clean and tidy. Aside from some noise from an excavator downstairs in the north-facing rooms, I was generally satisfied. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, which makes getting around super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel's service was abysmal. I tried calling the front desk all night, but the line was constantly busy, so I couldn't get through, leading to my elderly companion having a sleepless night. When I complained to the hotel afterward, a so-called 'guest relations manager' came out, but all they did was pass the buck and argue. This 'manager' was incredibly unprofessional; they couldn't provide any valid evidence to appease me, and their attitude was arrogant and unreasonable. They simply walked away without resolving the issue, leaving us hanging. With such a low-caliber leader, it's no wonder the service here is so terrible. Thankfully, I booked through Trip.com, whose customer service was outstanding (a stark contrast to the hotel). They understood the problem, communicated actively with the hotel, and effectively helped resolve the issue.

Everything in the room was chargeable. When I asked the service center if they had free razors, they said no. They said it would cost 15 yuan extra.

The hotel was under renovation, severely disrupting my rest. This wasn't mentioned during check-in, and I was seriously disturbed the next morning.

Check-in was a terrible experience. The hotel facilities were awful; there was no laundry service, no gym, and the hand soap and soap in the room were all empty. Shampoo and shower gel were also nearly gone. Ugh.

Having stayed in so many hotels, I've never seen such poor service. Delivery drivers were stopped at the gate and not allowed in until I called. While I can understand the front desk refusing room delivery, there was absolutely no solution; guests were forced to pick up their meals from the parcel lockers on the first floor. When I called the front desk to ask if they had a delivery robot or could arrange for staff to bring the food up, I was told there were no robots and they couldn't arrange delivery; I had to pick it up myself. Utterly speechless. I will never stay here again.

This is the first time I've been charged by a hotel for overstaying my reservation. I checked out around 12:30 PM and didn't receive my deposit refund until after 3 PM. They charged me 15 yuan. When I inquired, I learned it was because I overstayed. The hotel failed to fulfill its obligation to inform me during my stay. They didn't ask if I wanted to extend my stay. When I asked the hotel, they bluntly replied that they couldn't notify everyone with so many rooms. So, I can only offer my honest review.

This hotel really has no service to speak of. It's hard to describe. When checking in at the front desk, I saw someone smoking. I asked the staff if smoking in the lobby was allowed. The reply was no, and nothing happened. I said, then why don't you persuade them? A staff member replied to me, we still have non-smoking rooms, what should we do if guests smoke in the room? What kind of logic is this? I said you should at least persuade them, and another staff member said, we are all busy. I asked the manager to come over, but the manager just said "um" and "ah", and there was no explanation. It's obvious that there is no complete badge system, and it doesn't matter if they are complained about. Later, when I arrived at the room, someone suddenly rang the doorbell... The knocking lasted for a long time. To be honest, I was a little scared. I called the front desk, and the front desk said... Because of what happened just now, the leader (that is, the manager just now) will send you a fruit plate. Oh my God... Thank you for your kindness, but can you... squeak? It's really scary, which shows that everyone from top to bottom has not been formally trained.

I often stay at Platinum Hotel, but I can't understand why they charge me 50 yuan for delaying my check-out by more than 10 minutes just because I took the wrong elevator. They really want to make money! If a hotel cares about this little thing, it's a pity!
