Ulasan Park Hyatt Serviced Apartments (Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town GT Land Plaza)

Overall experience was very good. Location is perfect near two subway metro stations and several eateries in nearby mall area. Check in and Check out was seamless. Room is modern with all necessary amenities. Suggest to add some more utensils for basic cooking.

The apartment building is opposite to the Agricultural Bank of China Zhujiang New Town. It took a while to figure out where it is at the beginning, but once we settled in and then realised it is in a very convenient location. There is a Mall of the World which located underground, connected with all subway lines and full of gourmet restaurants. It’s beautiful to walking around at night time as very close to Opera House, library, Canton tower , IFC and etc… The service was excellent and very secure. Highly recommended!

Close to MRT and tourist locations. Service was great, we were able to obtain an extra access card as we had 3 adults.

Receptionist is very friendly and solved the problems we were facing, worth staying for the price point

It’s a condo in near a hotel. Limited amenities for the price we paid. It was a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, very clean & new apartment. Service was great with receptionist on duty even after midnight. Only watch out for travelers is the lack of the serviced apartment name sign at the provided address. It took me sometime to search around. I then called and was told that the serviced apartment name sign has not yet been put up. The receptionist was very kind to come out to pick us up and bring us to the apartment.

This is NOT Park Hyatt. There's nothing associated with PARK HYATT at all. It's just an AIRBNB. Very annoyed.

All new facilities and superb service. Location in the CBD. Very convenient. Walkable to all transport hubs.
