The bed was nice, the towels were clean, the bathroom was neat, the hotel was so cute. We felt like we had traveled back in time because of the decor. There was a library with books and a game room with billiards and all sorts of board games. It was a very satisfactory stay. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in town and only 4 minutes from Echo Point and 7 minutes from Scenic World. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfy and warm, giving such a lovely homely feeling. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

This was my first time visiting Katoomba. The hotel was conveniently located right in front of the station, so I had no trouble finding it. The room was clean and I highly recommend it.

The counter lady was very helpful and friendly. We can leave our luggages and put our food in the fridge after checking out. Location is the best of all hotels in katoomba. It is only 2 min walk fr the stn. Nice sofa.

Lovely location close to restaurant and friendly staff. Nice games room and they offer free bag storage.

This is an old hotel, but mostly in a good way as it had some beautiful rooms to relax in, including a lovely library. The single room had some things I liked and things I didn’t. Had a remodeled bathroom and enough heat for the cold nights. However the bed was too soft, too soft in an uncomfortable way, making it hard for me to sleep without getting a sore back. The door to get into the room also catches on the bed, not allowing it to fully open, making it hard to get luggage in and out. Hotel is down/up a steep street really close to train station. This meant little road trips were super convenient. Also easy walking distance, close to many nice restaurants, shops and bars. Friendly staff, too.

We enjoyed our stay there after our last stay 10yrs ago. Really like the heritage feel of the building. The reception staff I cant remember her name was friendly and helpful.

The room is pretty decent and everything in the room is clean. It is a great place to stay

A typical old guesthouse features a new upgrade on some bedding and bathroom. Many antique lounge on the 2nd and 3rd floor, that provide a great feel of enjoinment.

Very charming hotel filled with history. It felt like I was sent back in time when i stepped in. Good place to rest and recharge after a day’s hike in the blue mountains. Hot showers and basic amenities provided for the stay

The location is very good, right near the train station. It's quite. The room is clean but a little old and small. The receptionist is very friendly. The bed is good and the towels are clean and soft.

The hotel is amazing. The location just few step away from train station. There is a game room and reading room for relaxing.

We love the deco all around the hotel. There are plenty of spots to take Instagram worthy photos. The room is small, but that was to be expected. However, there was no place to hang our clothes in the room and the also none in the bathroom. That's a little inconvenience. One of the bedsheet is stained, unfortunately. The beds are too soft for my liking. But overall, the hotel ihas great character.
