Lisi Apartment（Guangzhou South Railway Station）

Good for a short stopover stay due to its proximity to the high-speed rail station. Hotel do provide free shuttle to the station which is about 5 minutes ride. Walking takes about 15-20 mins which is not exactly near especially for first timer as the walking route can be confusing. Cleanliness is below average, limited toiletries but there are plenty of eateries and convenience shop in the vicinity. Overall, only recommended for a night transit stay but not longer.

They are friendly, welcoming and helpful people. The room is very spacious and clean. There are all the services around you, as well as all the household appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave and a place to prepare food. I advise others to book here.

Super sweet boss , I enjoyed my stay and this is also a very convenient area since the railway station is about 4 minutes away and there are shops outside to buy necessities and food.

The apartment definitely did not look anything like advertised in the listing. It was very disappointing! It was sparsely decorated with odds and ends furniture and random wires hanging from the ceiling. There were two tiny children's sofas that were dirty, a rickety wardrobe and a clothes rail. The bathroom was outdated and could do with a proper scrub. The shower was broken and dirty and the tiles around the sink and toilet were dirty with mysterious stains. Generally the cleanliness of the place wasn't that great and our stay wasn't very comfortable. Noise proofing isn't great either, there is a lot of echo, windows don't shut properly and very thin walls. It looks close to the railway station on the map but the road layout without proper pedestrian crossing means you have to go around and the (very confusing) walk takes about 25 minutes but no taxi will take you from the station because it's too close and not worth it for them.

They weren’t aware of my booking. They made us wait for more than 10 minutes at the middle of the night because they couldn’t find a place for us. When we finally have a place, it was not clean and the air conditioner was full of dust causing us cough. It’s definitely a place not to stay again even its good lacarían if you need to travel by train.

Close to the Guangzhou South Railway station. Amenities is very good, the price is fair. Recomended to stay while you visit Guangzhou.
