Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. We wanted extra bed as there were 3 of us, she told us the bed is big and asked us to check and can add if we still need it later. She also mentioned we could ask for extra amenities for the 3rd person which we did and they were prompt to deliver every day. There were many restaurants near the hotel and 1 Mcdonald neat to entrance of hotel. Overall happy with this hotel.

So far the hotel is ok just convenient and near but a bit old and under construction which is noisy

The only hotel during my 11 days trip in bloody PRC that has WhatsApp, Line , Facebook n gmail! Excellent staff and great Four seasons restaurant with excellent cuisine of good food and inexpensive prices! Shall be back again n highly recommend it to everyone going to Guangzhou!

One of the best hotels in Guangzhou. Clean, next to the downtown service areas. Clean, very friendly and professional staff, breakfast is great. I always stay there when I travel to Guangzhou for business. Thanks for front desk officer Gina for the free room upgrade. Also they allowed us for 2 hours late check out.
