The worst hotel that I’ve ever seen.When I arrive there,the owner shouted to me .He said there is no booking with my name.He didn’t check properly and he doesn’t speak English.When I show my check in voucher,He responded me impolite.And the room is moldly,old and dirty.A/C was okay. He asked us to rent a bike from hotel .When we refused , he kept on reminding us the check out time.That’s so irritating,annoying .Greedy Vietnamese ! don’t trust the good reviews! There is no lift and you have to take a taxi or bus to get Hanoi old town.

Cleaned room/made bed once on 5 night stay even though I was out all day and most evenings. I see them mopping the lobby bloody half the day, why a quick look in the room. Shower smelt Dirty 'clean' towels. Had to keep asking for fresh ones as they are extremely low quality. Not interesting in ************ offers. Pushy on tours even though I had been to the places already. The receptionist lady was nice.

The hotel is nice with good service. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay.

Great hotel, nice rooms, comfy beds. Owners do everything so you feel good. You can rent a motorbike or book Tours in the hotel.

Nice place to stay

Place is good for the price. Just the staff doesn't speak English and you can here the noise of everybody so don't expect to sleep late.

I recently stayed at Phuong Trang Hotel, attracted by its very cheap price. However, I must say that my overall experience was not entirely satisfactory. One of the main issues I encountered was the cleanliness of the hotel. While I understand that the price was low, I still expected a certain level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, we found hair on the sheets, which prompted us to ask for a sheet change. Moreover, there were also hairs in the bathroom, which made me quite uncomfortable. On a positive note, I found the lady and gentleman at the reception to be kind and friendly, providing good customer service. One important thing I feel I should mention is the bridge close to the hotel. If you plan on walking to the other side of the city, be aware that this bridge is not designed for pedestrians and lacks proper facilities. It is practically impossible to walk to the main part of the city using this bridge.

The place is in the center it’s accessible

the lady who runs the place (owner maybe) doesn't speak much English, but she's quite good with the google translate 😄 the room and all were comfortable and clean enough. there was just a little dust in some places. the hotel location is very close to the old quarter. not good for walking as the bridge is vehicle traffic only.

Extremely cheap stay, incredibly helpful & kind owners. Sadly, the power of the shower was incredibly weak so never felt overly clean after washing. We had to get a grab every time we left the hotel as the bridge to the Old Quarter is motor use only. Overall, the stay was OK. We did extend our stay a further 2 nights as we loved Hanoi, and it was so cheap to stay here rather than in the Old quarter

Had a very nice stay here. Clean room, friendly receptionist and people and a good working wifi. Just it would be nice if they would not force me to book at the reception instead of online.

This hotel is quite ok if you want to stay a few days in the city and want to check the attractions.

So good value for money
