Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room,but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room,there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life,first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.

The owner very friendly, and very welcome. Hotel is clean, The location is good , I can a take enough rest here after so many days doing trip in busy city and crowded place. We can also do laundry Here is only 40vnd. Thank you for your service for Mr.Toan.

I didn't expect the room to be that small on the discription it said 301 square feet .Either a mistake or false advertising it looks more like 150 square feet .No free bottle water

I liked how calm everything felt. It was the ideal place to relax and forget about the stresses of daily life!

Considering it was a 5-night stay, the price was quite reasonable. However, the location is a bit outside the main Honghe area. The mattress in the room was a bit saggy. Our initial room had no window, but they eventually switched us to one with an outdoor balcony, which was convenient for drying clothes. However, amenities like bottled water in the room were all chargeable.

I am not happy and was not able to have good sleep in my 3 nights stay. I was stress and depress of their room with rat and insects

Room was spacious, was 10-15minute taxi to old quarter, taxi availability was good to/from accommodation. Bottles of Drinking water is not included- extra charge for this. Shower has hot water. There were ants in bathroom on sink and went on our toothbrush! There was also a cockroach in bathroom!

Back for the second time! We left our backpacks for 2 days with the owner and everything was in place. The hotel again was very nice to stay at and happy we chose to return here again.

All good perfect for couples, location not bad near old beer

Super friendly staffs, they have laundry service and super secure. They often clean your room every day. But no items were lost. They often replace the towels. The closet sounds so funny when closing or opening so that’s a plus. It’s outside of the main city, which is a plus if you want peace and quiet. People there can’t speak English fluently, but they always take the initiative to use their phones as translator as we tourists cannot speak Vietnamese as well.

The hotel does not meet the stated conditions: the room has an area of 12-15 sq.m. instead of the promised 28 sq.m., poor ventilation, the window overlooks the wall, so the room is dark. When requesting a room replacement, they offered to pay double price for a room with a window, but such rooms are located next to a noisy 8-lane highway. Due to these disadvantages, I had to cancel my stay and choose another hotel. I do not recommend it because of the inconsistency of the description, uncomfortable conditions and the need for additional payments for basic services.

Lovely and clean, and the people there are so nice, also you can get many packages or services from them.

Hotel abit old style and smell but staff and owner was nice and helpful

It was comfortable stay so you get what you paid for. The location was not the best because you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the old city. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. They offer tours and taxi to and from the airport in reasonable prices. 10 min taxi to Aeon mall which has the best food court in Hanoi in my experience.
