The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, I was satisfied. I always choose this place when I'm on a business trip nearby. The only issue was that the toilet was old and a bit difficult to use, needing two flushes. It's time for an upgrade, especially since many places are becoming smart now.

Had a great stay, and the hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a five-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping really easy. Plus, it's pretty close to the airport, which is a big plus for travelers!

The hotel is quite old, and the sofa looked pretty dirty with visible stains. **Facilities**: The hotel pool was under maintenance and unusable, which I only found out upon arrival. The gym, however, was excellent! Very spacious and well-equipped! The in-room facilities were standard but not smart; the TV was too old, showing static, making it practically unwatchable. **Cleanliness**: The room was relatively clean, but the signs of its age were very apparent. **Environment**: It's about an 800-meter walk from the subway station, which is fairly convenient. There's also a commercial area nearby with plenty of popular dining and entertainment options, which was very handy! **Service**: The hotel staff were very friendly; everyone proactively greeted me and even helped call the elevator. However, one staff member just walked right into my room without even knocking! I was asleep at the time and got quite a fright! But I didn't get too upset as I felt it wasn't intentional.

He completely ignored me when I had my luggage! The front desk staff also had a terrible attitude! The service is much worse than before! I'm here to stay, not to put up with your bad moods.
