The photos don't reflect what you'll actually get; they must be old. We had an 'enhanced' room, and I dread to imagine what the standard ones are like. The room was tiny, and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it. You could hear the kitchen working and music from outside. But the biggest issue was the bathroom: it has a window that looks out onto the main corridor. My tall husband confirmed you can see everything if you peek in, especially if the shower curtain isn't fully closed! Plus, the room's 'terrace' also opens into the corridor. On the beach outside, they're building stairs for access, so if you're coming soon, be prepared for construction work. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. We tried to cancel the remaining days, but the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation.

Overall didn’t met my expectations, didn’t expect this, I thought it was going to be more “fancy” for the price. But you can find better places for better prices.

Located in the heart of Alona, this hotel has two sections: an older, more affordable one with dated facilities, and a newer section.

Good place, but there’s a construction site right in front and they charge for everything extra 

Needs Major Improvements - Poor Value for a "Resort" Hotel While next to the beach, this hotel fell short on basic comfort, maintenance, and cleanliness. Noise & Poor Sleep: Walls are thin—you can hear guests next door and footsteps in the hall. The bed is hard, and the provided "blanket" is just a thin sheet. Music is loud but thankfully stops at night. Maintenance & Cleanliness Issues: The shower head sprayed water everywhere. The soap dispenser was broken, and a drinking cup was dirty. Basic toiletries were not provided. Inconvenience: Although beachfront, access requires a long walk from the main road. Dated Room: The room felt rather old and worn. For the price, the lack of working amenities and poor sleep quality make it difficult to recommend.

WARNING DONT BOOK we booked a room that pic clearly showed ocean view through window but when we arrived were told Oh not this Hayahay go to the other. We did to be put in a small room out the back. Trip Customer Services contacted them but no luck. I’m a dog lover but when there are 5 dogs laying in the bar, reception, stairwell for you to trip over, dining tables hassling diners I say no. So many better places for less money. DO NOT RISK IT NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

It is front beach however the room looks old even the TV model is old. No free toiletries unlike other hotel considering the price per night.

Its just so surreal to be able to stay in a hotel that’s just a blink of an eye away from the beach and the price scores!! I promised all staff that i’ll surely be back here❤️✨

Lots things not working in the rooms, A.C., hot water. overall ok though... kinda on the beach, staff is ok, but great restaurant service.

Great stay! Recommended hotel if you are looking to a place which is near to the beach.

Short but Sweet Stay! We had a quick stay here and overall enjoyed the experience. We arrived right at the 2PM check-in time, though there was a bit of confusion at the front desk. I had previously requested (and was confirmed for) a room in the new building, but the staff mentioned it was tied to a different booking—which I never made and had actually canceled. Unfortunately, rooms in the new building were no longer available. A bit of a mix-up, but not a huge issue since we were only staying overnight and mainly needed a place to rest after a long day on a Countryside Tour. We were assigned a Deluxe Room in the older building, located on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The stairs weren’t too tiring, so the climb was manageable. Our room was tucked away at the back, which made the hallway a bit dim in the evenings—so make sure to switch the hallway light on. While the room felt a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. As someone who’s very particular, I was impressed—the bed, floors, cabinets, and bathroom were spotless. I even felt comfortable enough to do some light floor workouts in the morning! Only minor concern would be the lighting inside the room—it was slightly dim for makeup application, but again, not a dealbreaker. Location: Right on the beachfront, so it’s super convenient to explore Alona Beach. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance. Accessibility: Because it’s beachfront, cars can’t drop you off directly at the entrance. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the nearest drop-off point at Alona, which is manageable unless you’re carrying multiple travel bags like us—then it might feel a bit of a hassle.

i am not sure about the details because i booked the room for a person i know. but i visit him sometimes bringing some food and other things, he stayed in the last room of the floor- the room has better space than the middle rooms. cleanliness and amenities were good. it has clothes rack infront of the room which is very useful for beach trip. it has a nice view from the walk way and the location is the beach front. we bought the island hopping tour feom this hotel also, the price was very nice.

The location was fantastic, right across from the sea. The room was clean, but the amenities were lacking. There was a strong odor coming from the toilet, and the shower was a bit complicated to use.
