Maksudnya, persekitaran sekitar adalah baik, ia betul-betul di sebelah Sungai Mutiara, dan anda boleh melihat Menara Canton dari bilik pada waktu malam, tetapi yang lain tidak begitu baik. Lebih-lebih lagi, susun atur bilik itu sangat pelik, sebaik sahaja keluarga itu masuk dan melihat tab mandi, mereka berasa sangat menakutkan.

Lokasi yang bagus, hotel ini sangat dekat dengan pusat membeli-belah, restoran dan Metro (jalan anda ke mana-mana sahaja di GZ). Katil yang sangat bersih dan selesa. Amat disyorkan!

The room was sold as "River view" and effectively it did as long as you were leaning on the windows and looking to the corner. Room temperature was fixed at 24°C and despite a noisy air conditioning could not be lowered. Beside that the stay was comfortable. Efficient room service with robots.

A great location, by my opinion is one of the best in the city. Near to Beijing Lu (just less then 10 minutes walk), near the Metro station and river bank. The hotel has a nice river view. My room called a landmark room, with a traditional old design, with a bit dark colours. The room was not a huge, but ok. All necessary things were in room (slippers, tea facilities, water, everything for bathroom, even the bathe-robes). The hotel’s staff is very friendly!!! I’ve contacted with them by e-mail in advance and asked something for my mom. They made it ♥️ ♥️♥️also I asked to take a box which will be delivered to my name, and I’ve received it on arrival. I can recommend this hotel and I’ll stay here again. Next time I’ll choose the next room’s category because I love the light colour in hotels’ rooms more. But I definitely recommend a hotel because of its location, river view and hotel’s staff.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room.
Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off.
Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money.
Location wise, hotel is located near to the metro station (just cross the road with the entrance within a public park) and a walking distance from Beijing Road. I’m

The amenities are limited. I don't find any cotton at the bathroom.
Sanitizer are very important. I run out of it as brought together on this trip. Hygiene is very important as covid n flu season is always around us.
Overall location n room is very good. Very near metro station Haizhu square station n Beijing Lu metro further a bit.

We came in for our last night after going to the mountain for few nights.
Location is superb, convenient to get around.
We have a high floor facing Pearl River which is lovely at night and in the day
