I think the service is excellent. The location is quite ok. Very near a few big shopping malls with lots of options of food. We can actually just walk there.

It makes people feel bad when traveling. There is a lot of dust and smell. It is still the same when I change rooms. I didn't expect that there would be so much dust on the door.

i know this hotel more than 15 years. become old, carpets crazy dirt and smelling.

Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

We got in around 1500 and had a quick check in. The staffs in the reception are really nice

It is a great hotel in a very good location. However service staff and cleaning could be better. The experience was ok and probably better next time.

Bad service and the room very dirty
