Ulasan Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)

Not a bad experience. The service was awesome. The staff there try by all means despite communication challenges in terms of language. I also like the swift Airport pick up services and the food was ok . The room was clean as well.

I chose this hotel because it offered free airport shuttle service. The staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fresh and tasted good. I loved the congee and sesame balls. There was no fridge in the room. You need to pay for phone charging if you don't have your own cable and charger. (Not sure if most hotels are the same).

The hotel was good, and the service was average. need to improve it, and everything was so comfortable 100% recommended for comfortable

The hotel is located in a new developments area, the offered room is spacious but the room has smoke smell. The towels provided were old and torn,the staff were friendly changed upon request. There was no tea or coffee provided although there is kettle. The telephone was not working in the new smoke free room. The breakfast had very few choices and the driver was very friendly to drop us to airport

Negative: Very bad customer service, staff is not friendly or approachable not smiling and she just throw my passport (She brought it to another counter and just threw there while returning). At evening I asked for additional pillow but she reply she can’t help now but will follow up tomorrow common I need it for sleeping and next day I am going to checkout so why would I need it next day, staff insist me can’t help for pillow and I do insist as well so later a man came and delivered two pillows to room. I had bad experience of customer service! Rude staff! Positive: hotel location, some stores nearby, room amenities, room size and airport drop.

My room was not clean as was some left over but what worse is that when bus to the airport left you they can't call a ride for you even though the ride payment is your

Location near airport, provide free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Clean and value for money. The only negative comment is very noisy outside.
