I booked this hotel because it’s close to the subway and airport, and with a four-star rating, I thought it’d be a safe choice. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment. The area around the hotel felt chaotic, the elevator didn’t require a key card for access, and even the robot service was out of order. As soon as I stepped into the hallway, I was hit with a mix of dust and an overpowering perfume smell—not ideal for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues. The room wasn’t any better—dust was everywhere, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. All the entertainment options in the room were paid, and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all. I didn’t expect much from a hotel near the airport, but this one really missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel room was big and spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful really enjoyed the place and it was near to alot of good food easy access to alot of things

This hotel is very near to airport.Hotel even provide free drop off service .Like the front desk helpful service.Breakfast is not that good might need improved.Facility and room is good feeling with AI home management.One night stay is good for me to airport.

It's a little dated compared to what is seen in photo but comfortable enough for a short transit stay. About a 10-minute car ride to Baiyun Airport. Hotel offers free shuttle. Breakfast was nice. Good to have washers and dryers free for use, but they need replacement honestly. A short walk away are all the malls and street food scene.

Extremely spacious beautiful rooms. Very close to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport 广州白云国际机场, airport terminals (north and south) and next to the metro for ease of accesibility to the entire city. Loved my stay and I will be going back if i'm around the area..

The hotel's location is a short walk from the metro station which is very convenient for commuting to the city and back. Furthermore, the hotel is approximately 30mins from the baiyun international airport by car. The hotel staff was nice and kind as they did their best to meet customer's needs. The room was very clean and atmosphere was comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again

The rooms are spacious, but the cleanness is poor. There was hair on the walls of the shower. I can see dust on the tables. The outside is very noisy at night and in the morning. The upstairs had people singing until midnight. Didn’t sleep well. I won’t be back.

1. Hotel is convenient for traveling around city and airport. 2 . Hotel atmosphere is good. 3. To reach hotel by subway , if you have many things than try c2 exit and cross road to reach hotel . In b exit, no escalator is available. 4. For airport service, only available 10 pm to 7.40 am. 5. Adding Breakfast is value for money . Both Chinese and international meal are available. 6. To reach airport by taxi to hotel , cost around 30 rmb. Try to use metro which is better option.

I have been to so many country but this was a Surprise to me with their top notch service and humbleness all in one word Amazing hotel with great price and so near to the metro station ,the hotel room is clean and spacious, I’ll miss this place soo much . A Special thanks to Ms.Li Xin at the reception, she is so helpful, so informative and she even went the extra mile in assisting us the booking for Grab transport. Note : They don’t expect a single Tip and refused many times even-though we wanted to give. Special thanks to Ms Huan (hope I spelled right)in the Kitchen department for being helpful and friendly.
