Ulasan Ramada Encore Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Sanyuanli Branch)

The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

good location to visit near by markets and hotel staff is friendly and co operative of explaining and helping us breakfast is ok... not that much great

It's just the name as Ramada but the service and facilities are normal and very far from canton fair.

Hotel location is good, close to the International Trade City, 5 minutes walk to the outside is also a food street, traffic is very convenient, staff service is also very good, cost-effective

House keeping :very good Food(Breakfast) :Reasonably good To sum up Hospitality at its best. Shall always choose this hotel over others whenever I am in GZ.

ok hotel for one or two nights, simple but large clean rooms. nothing special but nothing to complain. friendly and helpful staff.

It's neat and clean and nice place for living

We chose a deluxe room with a window, but the window is fixed and cannot be opened. Also, there are only a few switches to adjust the light in the room, there was no towel holder in the bathroom, no wastebasket, and we were very disappointed to stay in a room with a really boring layout that was only called a deluxe room because of its large space. This place felt like a box with a bed, not a hotel. As a result, we had to change our three-night stay to one night and book another hotel.
