The Oriental Silk Hotel offers a decent stay with some notable features. While the basic rooms lack windows, which can be a bit stifling, the hotel’s offering of a late check-out until 3 PM is a thoughtful touch for those arriving late or needing extra time. The staff at the reception were particularly commendable, being friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel's overall ambiance is pleasant, and despite the windowless rooms, it provides a comfortable and functional space for travelers needing a good rest before or after exploring Zhangjiajie.

Room is very old and broken! Wi-Fi is very poor ! Hotels price is very expensive! I booked 80$ / 1 night but room very small and smell bad ! Please don’t believe pictures

Close to many facilities I needed during my stay, including access to the subway metro station, which is the best way to travel, better than Taxi or ride share.

The location of the hotel is far away from Ouzhuang station. This is a very old hotel and there are some bad smell in the lift and along the corridor. There are not many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel staff are not friendly and helpful .There is a bus stop near the hotel. I will not visit this hotel again

Great hotel. Great experience. When most of the hotels in Guangzhou had the highest prices, they still had acceptable prices.

They have 2 kind of room . A room is very old and dirty . Last time I stayed in this room . Air conditioning is very bad. Other room is renovated that one is ok not bad
