Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

Jika anda lebih suka tinggal di bandar lama, pastinya lokasi hotel menjadi pilihan pertama. Di tingkat bawah ialah Jalan Pejalan Kaki Shangxiajiu, berjalan kaki seperempat jam ke selatan ke Pulau Shamian, dan seperempat jam ke barat ialah Yongqingfang. Terdapat 4-5 restoran di sekitar hanya restoran yang mesti dimakan. Terdapat juga sebuah restoran Guangzhou berusia berabad-abad dan Tao Tao Ju di tingkat bawah. Kalau boleh beli cenderahati, Lianxianglou pun ada. Hotel ini sedang diubah suai. Jika dilihat dengan teliti, beberapa kemudahan itu agak lama. Jika anda tinggal di tingkat rendah pada waktu malam, bunyi bising masih agak kuat. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik dan sangat prihatin. Tandas di hotel itu rendah sedikit. Masa mula-mula bawak kereta, aku dah lilit pinggang.

酒店很老，但老得令人舒服。前台值班的一位女士，貌似主管，形象極好，有求必應。房間裏應有盡有。升級到有陽台的大床房，陽台花園可喝茶聊天。

The hotel is located in a very serene environment. It is one of the many well preserved and architecturally beautiful buildings found here.One cannot help should one dwelled into its nostalgic past. It is convenient to go places from here as Didi service are readily available . The facilities here met ones expectation, especially it's self service laundry facility, which is user friendly. The hotel restaurants serve both western and oriental cuisines and we thoroughly enjoyed the Dim Sum served by its Chinese restaurant. I cannot find fault with the services rendered by the hotel staffs from the room services level up to the manager. We were offered one free breakfast voucher each because there was a two hours plus power cut during one of the nights during our stay. A nice gesture indeed. I must especially mention one front line staff, Niki 黄, her very warm, and charming personality is most appreciated. I seem to have forgotten all the tiredness and disappointments of the day whenever I bump into Niki upon returning to the hotel from an excursion. Thank you Niki, 加油。 I definitely will check into this hotel again should I visit Guangzhou again.

We booked a river view suite. Though the room was a bit dated but its size and floorplan was more like a presidential suite especially overlooking the pearl River. The river view was very grand and unblocking.. We really enjoyed the night view with multiple nightly cruises passed by every evening. The 5 star White swan hotel, people s bridge and ”sand face Island” were all within our view. As we are more like vegetarian, the Asian breakfast buffet have enough dishes for our taste. In fact, I can accept eating that type of breakfast everyday. To enhance your experience, you can walk across the people's bridge to ”sand face Island” through the old French style buildings and finally lead to the white swan hotel (if your budget allow, have a meal there). Of course, we did all those and more. What I didn't like and what the hotel needs to improve, please give hotel guests free access to the spa within the same building.

Я думаю, что это лучший отель в Гуанчжоу. Очень чисто, очень тихо, месторасположение отличное, за шлагбаумом. Кровать шикарная, умный туалет, много полотенец и мелких принадлежностей. Умная система в номере, но это для тех, кто знает китайский. Вид из окна шикарен. Никого не видно из окна, только город и реку. Просите самый дальний номер от лифта. Просторный номер. Крыша огонь. Персонал на максималках, бегает, помогает, суетиться. Завтраки китайские, покушать нечего, но можно сделать себе овсянку, или супчик заказать. Самое главное, это то, что не пахнет сигаретами!!! Вообще! Идеально. Место какое-то творческое вокруг. Арт пространство.

Persekitaran tenang, dan lobi dan persekitaran luar agak selesa. Harganya sangat tinggi, trafik sangat mudah (laluan 8) Jalan keluar hanya 2-3 minit jauhnya, perkhidmatan tempat letak kereta dengan masyarakat sangat rata, dan ia sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan perniagaan.

A great place to stay, close to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. The ceiling height is low and there is a spiral staircase to get to the bedroom, so if you are tall (6ft and over) or have problems with stairs this may not be for you. Otherwise, I would recommend this if you want to be in the heart of Liwan.

環境：房間佈置得很温馨。床墊很軟很舒服。設施設備也很齊全，洗衣機冰箱都有。小區環境不錯，樓底下有保安站崗，管理也比較有序。有11樓有天台，晚上可以去吹吹風。唯一就是面積有點小了。 服務：房東人很好，很好溝通，來之前告之了詳細的入住指南，入住無障礙。居住期間，有一些洗漱用品需要補給，溝通反饋也很及時。 交通：交通聽便利的，距離芳村地鐵站步行十分鐘左右到我距離，我們加了一個摩的師傅的聯繫方式，出行更方便了。

This hotel is some ways off the Centre of Guangzhou. Need to take a taxi but they are quite difficult to get one as it is located in a small road. The staff tho were helpful and managed to get 2 taxis for us to the airport. Rooms are big and clean. To get to the City Centre by public transport you will need to take a bus to Tanwei metro station which is quite some distance away. But the return journey by bus is very complicated and would suggest you disembark at Shancun and then walk across the highway to Shancun Lu (just ask around the helpful people around).

Location : Hotel located at old town area. And consider a bit far from Metro station, although there's shuttle ferry service nearby, but not helping much. Service : Front desk staffs are good. Cleanliness : Although this hotel is only opened since 2021, but it seems that there's no maintenance on the facilities. Housekeeping cleanliness not up to standard though. Amenities : Nothing much nearby the hotel, 600m walk to 7-E. Consider local residence housing area. If you are looking for hotel with big room, yet don't mind the distance from metro. You can pick this up.

地理位置絕佳，離荔灣區的荔灣公園，恩寧路文化街，海鮮市場和沙麪都步行半小時可達，離6號線如意坊地鐵站步行一刻鐘，最值得推薦的是酒店後面就是江邊，房間可以看到江景。酒店客服服務非常到位，因為電磁爐無法使用，給我們提供了微波爐。唯一不足的是由於房型原因，加之廣州本身濕熱，loft的卧室無窗，衹能通過空調解決通風問題。建議對房屋的洗衣機定期清洗，畢竟是提供給住户使用的。

位置在沙麪比較核心的位置，距離文化公園E口非常近，高德地圖第一次給導航去了A出口非常難找，而且路邊橋下很黑有睡街的人，非常離譜，記住一定要從E口出！ 酒店乾淨方便點外賣，屋內loft樓梯比較陡，不推薦帶孩子長者入住。樓上床上方比較矮，床內側也無法睡人，衹能一個人入住，上層舉架普通人無法站立。 床頭的充電插口是壞的，衹能放在床尾。外部有個軍隊，能聽到熄燈號和起床號的聲音，睡眠不好有點影響。 位置很好出行方便，適合對住宿沒有要求和特種兵旅遊的盆友
