Hotel berhampiran Zhengguosi, Guangzhou

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

We recently stayed at a charming homestay with our 5-year-old and 2-year-old, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself, who is incredibly kind and hospitable. He went out of his way to make our stay special, even providing plenty of food for the kids to feed the farm animals. It was such a joy to see our children waking up excited to explore, running out to greet and play with the animals, instead of reaching for their iPads. The homestay had a unique, heartwarming vibe that felt like being part of a close-knit family. We absolutely loved every moment and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing and meaningful getaway. It’s perfect for families seeking a different and enriching experience!

國慶去的，房間稍貴，而且沒有訂的是一樓的房間，窗户不大，而且靠後院，視野不太好，如果不考慮經費，建議訂湖景房才面對湖景.但名宿的硬件不錯，比較新，早餐的份量很足，還可以到端到樓頂陽台吃，風景甚好.晚上還安排了宵夜的燒烤活動，很是熱鬧.

One of the best hotels we've been to in Guangdong. Location is great, in a very calm and relaxed place. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they did a lot to help us visit and get food, as we didn't have a car. They took very good care of us. Breakfast is great, with a very nice view A big thank you to the hotel team!

這一趟翠島市從化老温泉賓館之旅，體驗感着實不佳。賓館這兩年翻新過，設施的設計令人眼前一亮，本想着能愜意享受一番，沒想到服務太“拉胯”，敗光了好感。 辦理入住時就鬧心，前台工作人員告知預訂確認要等，流程複雜。明明打個電話跟工作人員核實一下就能解決的事兒，非得折騰，還是靠攜程官方協調才迅速確認，這不是耽誤客人時間嘛。 選房更是離譜，哪怕我們付了房費，也不讓挑，理由是前面的客人先給錢了，只是還沒到現場。整棟別墅烏漆嘛黑，燈都沒開，找前台才安排人來處理，一句輕飄飄的“忘了”，就敷衍過去。 再説泡温泉，讓清理吧，服務員先是推脱沒有專業消毒粉，用完了還沒采購，要層層申報。在我們強烈要求下，才拿其他消毒水噴了噴，用水沖洗，不敢下去泡，泡個腳了事。本是花錢買享受，結果全程添堵，這服務質量真得好好提升提升了。

I recently spent my birthday here with my family, and it was incredible! The hot tub, overlooking the river, is one of the best I've experienced in Guangzhou. Sitting in the hot spring with the river gently flowing just meters away was serene. Highly recommended!

真是一個大驚喜。 本來以為是很早之前的裝修，會有點古古怪怪破破爛爛，誰曾想處處低調中透露奢華。前台小姐姐熱情温柔。房間裏很多細節可以幫助到客人。最有印象的是衞生間裏的那個烘衣架，對於來泡温泉的客人來説，烘個小內衣，游泳衣，小襪子，不要太方便，反正住得非常舒服。下次來就換荔枝島上的房間試試。 不足之處在於衞生間裏沒有放乾衣服的地方。 總而言之我們感覺還是非常不錯的。

The hotel was amazing. Extremely beautiful, the location was very calm, hotel staff was very nice. The room was also very big, clean, and had an espresso machine! Although this hotel is expensive, I really do think that you are getting what you pay for. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. The hot tub was also great, it only took around 10 minutes to fill and it was already really hot!

可以説老實話嗎 真的沒有任何特色和值得再來  距離旁邊黃龍帶水庫大概幾百米 除了這個可走走  周邊沒有發現有更標的的地方 民宿是乾淨衞生的 服務是好的 床品跟床是唯一值得留戀的 其他的硬件 如洗手槽 白色的已經全部都是污漬發黃 顯得特別特別的臟 不是説你們沒搞衞生的臟 是硬件太差了 因為開始我以為是臟自己刷了半天是刷不掉的 入住當天發生了一個小插曲 因為我真的特別害怕各種貓貓狗狗 民宿裏面的狗狗沒有綁起來 直接撲到我身上 真的當天把我嚇瘋了 腳都軟了 在那大叫 店家也沒反應過來 過了一會兒才過來把狗抱走 我覺得你們看看監控就知道 是不是真嚇到了 過後店家也送了披薩道歉 當然這個插曲不是我覺得不能再二刷民宿的原因 是真的沒有特色和精緻感 純個人意見 

在流溪河旁依山而建的民宿，前餐館後民宿，先説環境，老闆還是很用心的，從入大門前就鋪設了瀑布、魚池，進入大門後也是設定了多處魚池，流水之聲從始至終都相隨而至，庭院中心幾棵大榕樹，陽光透過樹葉影影綽綽，隨處可見的鴿子也是迎客隊伍，還給小朋友送了鴿食，很貼心。再説下服務，因為訂房時沒太注意，訂了兩個大床房，帶着小朋友睡一張1.8的床顯得擠了些些，前台小哥見狀主動給我們升級了雙床套房，床大了不説，房間也大了一倍，而且還三面環窗，早晨打開窗放陽光進來，不曉得有多愜意，其他服務員的狀態也都很好，見到我們都會主動打招呼。最後説下衞生，住過很多民宿了，他家民宿衞生算是頂流級別了，房間沒有任何異味，床上用品也都是“乾淨的味道”，屋外衞生也是下了很大的成本，一早就看到兩個阿姨高壓水槍沖洗庭院地面，甚至包括上山的石道，清爽！
