Front desk staff was very good. Room was fairly clean and had everything we needed except bedside tables on both sides of the bed. There was only one.

First time weve had a room that faced the pool. Nice big room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our experience with holiday inn Guaymas was excellent. The breakfast was amazing it was very with Sonora style touch. We loved it. The only downside I saw was the water in the pool not being heated. Other than that it was wonderful

I like the costumer service Staff from the kitchen where very kind and cordeous, specially Aracely. I wish they can have pan dulce and hot chocolate.

We have stayed here on our travels to cross into AZ. One comment i have made at the desk, but will make here also is... there needs to be a bathmat in the shower. The floor is very slippery when wet. Im so happy they gaveva lithle coffee pot that allows me to make some decaf for tye morning. Thank you for also having decaf coffee as an option on the buffett. A rare thing in MX.
