Hotel 4 bintang Gubeng yang Popular

The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

Overall, it was a good experience Pros: location, kids-friendly facilities, wifi connection, the room size is big and soundproof (thanks to the thick wall), various options on tv channels Cons: wear and tear on the rooms' wood floor make it look dirty, the temperature inside the fitness area was warmer than outside (not sure if it was supposed to be like that), some toys in the kids club were broken

Biliknya besar dan sarapan paginya OK. Pembersihan tidak begitu bersih, tuala dan cadar sudah lama, dan terdapat sedikit pengumpulan air di sebelah tandas kerana saliran yang tidak baik. Kakitangannya sangat baik, tetapi sesetengah tetamu adalah di bawah taraf. Urutan SPA tambahan adalah bagus.

Booked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.

Such a wonderful experience, i stay here for 3 days 2 nights, for the service no doubt if i have 10 thumbs i would give those and also the room so Clean, comfy ofc! Here so recommend to stay while u in Surabaya! Thank you Mrs. Vida and team for your Great Hospitality!

Hotel nya bersih. Staf nya ramah. Receptionist 24 jam memudahkan saat check in dan check out. Banyak jual makanan sekitar.

Lokasi hotelnya di daerah timur surabaya. Dekat dengan bu rudi, bu kris, 10 menit ke galaxy mall, 20menitan ke pasar atum, deket juga sama stasiun gubeng. Kamarnya lumayan luas, disediakan handuk, pasta gigi, sama air minum. Ada gelas, teko dan tea dsb. Saya pesan 2 kamar. 1 kamarnya oke banget. 1 kamar lg kurang. Handuknya apek, air di kamar mandi kecil banget. Overall utk budget 200an(harga waktu saya book) udah oke lah.

Very great stay at Bonnet Hotel. Bedroom was not spacious but it’s enough and the bed was so big. We got kingbed in our room with comfy pillow and clean bedcover. Bathroom was good, all utility well functioned. The special benefit of staying at Bonnet Hotel is the strategic location. It is located above supermarket. Along the street (Manyar Kertoarjo) there so many famous restaurants in Surabaya, even you just walk to reach them. Parking area is not too spacious but the staff was very helpful by giving us direction and they good at managing the parking lot. Overall, it’s very recommended. The room rate is the same with budget hotel but the cleanliness, rooms, bed, facilities is like 3-star hotel.
