I expected a nice room with pleasant staff but I also experienced beautiful views everywhere I turned, miles of hiking that appears as though pulled from a children's book with moss grown over the trails just slightly and wild flowers everywhere.

The common areas are pretty dated and could use a facelift. The AC in my room made a horrible banging every time the compressor shut down. I called for maintenance and within 20 minutes had a new AC unit installed. Top notch maintenance guys!

Beautiful area with so much to offer for the golfer at this resort. So much to do and very close to historic downtown Galena. The Galena Territory is really beautiful and relaxing. Our next visit we will be taking advantage of more the resort has to offer. The staff overall is extremely friendly and accommodating.

I attended an IPPFA Conference at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa. The villa accommodations were first class and the Grand Ballroom was perfect for the 150 or so conference attendees. The breakfast buffet sponsored by the conference and prepared by resort staff was outstanding. My compliments to the chef(s).

Room and food was very good. Conference rooms worked out well. Had a three day stay. Very scenic view of the lake from the resort.

We did the stay and play golf package. The 2 courses we played, the general and the north were amazing! We also got breakfast included and a 2 room villa. Villa was out dated but still provided us with everything we needed. The staff was the best part of our trip (after the golf). Everyone is friendly and eager to talk to you. We are planning a trip back.

An excellent destination for a 2 day buddies golf trip. The scenery is breathtaking and the golf courses offer a unique and challenging experience.
