The “Longji One Day Tour” is composed of individual guests from various hotels. Due to the nature of the group tour, there were indeed some waiting or delays during the trip. At the same time, we recognize that the tour guide did not have sufficient communication with you and can’t properly settled the problem. In order to avoid the recurrence of similar problems, we have requested the tourist service counter that cooperates within our hotel to ensure that our guests be fully informed the details of the itinerary when providing customized tourism services.Furthermore, we also require the tourist service counter to strengthen the management of staffs, and any service providers who do not meet our standards will be removed from our list of partners.In addition, we have given feedback to the cooperative travel agencies about the issue of high fees charged by restaurants in scenic spots.
