We had a very nice stay. Staffs are very friendly and nearby places are easily accessible . Overall it was wonderful experience here. If you plan north Guilin it’s a perfect place to have vacation . Hotel even can customise prepare food , if you really need ask the staffs.

Clean and a nice place to stay with a rooftop that had views of the scenery. WiFi in the rooms wasn’t the best, friendly staff though. You have to pay more for a western breakfast but it was nice for what it was 😊

I had a great time here! :) The surroundings are rather rural so you don’t have to go far to enjoy nature and calm. The staff was very friendly and created a warm atmosphere. Very good food and view from my room! Bikes are available to rent.

It's perfect hotel for someone who's seeking ease and comfort. This stay was just the relax we needed in our 20 day trip through China. The room was always clean, everything we needed was there; had a beautiful view. Kudos to the designers and architects of this hotel! The staff were super nice and helpful, were always there for us. Our Chinese was not good, we're talked in English. They helped us to arrange trip to Longji and Yangshuo river. After a long day, our room felt like a home. Thank you so much 💛

Our stay was good but not amazing. The Service was nice, especially Michelle - however, the other staff was Not able to speak English neither willing to use a translator - This made everything quite complicated and a lot of Information got lost in translation. We also got the feeling that the Hotel staff was Not perfectly informed. Our room was nice, however, it was quite load. One Night it was almost impossible to sleep due to the noice on the parking in Front of Our House! We Initially Booked a room With 180 degree view but got. an Upgrade on a bigger room - however, the Room was having a view on the elevator.

First of all, I'd like to thank all hotel team for taking care of me, for their kind attitude to the guests, for being ready to help in any case - and I am sorry for the late response, but I needed time for reflection. It is very important to make the right impression about the country you are visiting for the first time. And your attitude to me made it perfectly. Thanks to the recommendations of the hotel manager, I was able to visit the amazing observation points of the Lee River, watched Liusanjie show, and amazing rice terraces. It was also nice that I had dinner late evening in the hotel, because the atmosphere was so relaxing and the dishes I tasted were also delicious. It was a nice experience to eat local breakfast in spite of I could choose a European one, too. I highly recommend to visit Guilin and this particular place, if you prefer to stay in tranquility and be not far from interesting sights. Thanks a lot, dear Michelle, Melady, Xiao Yuan, Xiao Fei and Liua Yi!

Very nice Hotel! The Chinese Breakfast Menu was very delicious. Room was spacious and quiet.

Very polite and helpful employees

This hotel is amazing, especially for Europeans and American tourists. We’ve never been hosted in China with such warm and attention. Almost every member of the staff speaks English and is devoted to your needs. I will definitely come back for my next trip to Guilin. The location is ideal and the views from the rooms are incredible ! Clean rooms, great location, similar to the photos and description.
