Great stay at Regala Skycity!! Staff are super helpful and friendly :) despite the large night crowd checking in, the staffs are handling every customer professionally. Breakfast is decent, water dispensers located outside the room, thus very convenient. Shuttle bus to and from airport (pillar 11-14) and Tung Chung station is a plus point! Room is clean, cozy and safe for solo travellers👍🏻 highly recommended, and thank you!

We went there quite late so the pool was closed. The rooms were not big, but they were clean. For terminal 1, it only takes 6-7 mins with their shuttle bus. Very convenient if you want to rest near the airport. I chose a room far from the elevator, and it was literally far :)

Very nice hotel connected to the airport. We stayed one night for overnight flight. They have complimentary shuttle bus back and forth to airport which is nice. Room is small but cozy and comfortable.

It's the best place tonstay when you want to vitis ngong ping and disneyland! They have free shuttle bus to and from airport. Also, to and from tung chung station.

The hotel is very close to the airport. If you take the AirPort Express train to the Asia World Expo station, it’s maybe 3-5 minutes away by feet - it’s actually directly connected to the station so you don’t even have to go outside! They provide a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes which is great. I think the ride lasts maybe 5 minutes? It’s very short, the airport is genuinely super close. The staff is very helpful. According to Hong Kong law, the hotels cannot distribute plastic water bottles so instead, each room gets a glass bottle that you can go refill whenever. There are several stations on each floor to do this. I thought this was a really good system. They have a bar with a very nice atmosphere. Many people are sitting there waiting for their late flights and the vibe was really good! It’s somewhat of a basic business hotel. It was nice and clean but I felt like it was nothing extra - for this reason, I thought the price was way too high. This was my only problem. However, we also need to remember that this is Hong Kong, so it won’t be cheap.

I have been staying in this hotel few times already, the room is nice and clean and the lobby decorations are pretty during the CNY period.

My daughter and I had 10 hours layover in HK and decided to book a hotel near the airport. This hotel is perfect for its location, less than 10 mins away by taxi and offers FREE airport pick up/drop off service. The room is relatively small but cosy and clean. The only thing I did not like is that they do not provide bottle of water in the room, however they provide an empty bottle that you can refill outside the room (which I couldn’t figure out where, since the hotel is big so I just ended up heating tap water using the kettle 😅) Nevertheless, I liked that this hotel is accessible and near, less hassle if you have a super early flight the next day. 100% recommended! 😉

Wonderful stay. Quiet and clean – that's all I ask. Also super close to the airport, very convenient schedule of the shuttle bus. Will stay here again if I have a Hong Kong layover.

I highly recommend this hotel for those who will visit Hong Kong. The service is superb and the hotel is elegant and very clean. They also have great amenities. They provide shuttle bus service to and from airport as well as to and from Tung Chung MRT. Kindly check the attached photos for their time table. Will definitely book this hotel again when we come back to Hong Kong.

Fast and efficient shuttle service from Terminal. Grandiose interior with glass and chrome everywhere. Clean everywhere including room with crisp, fresh linen. Disappointing catering offerings, vending machines or full service reataurant, nothing in between. No bar/cafe to speak of and no tea or coffee in room, although there was a kettle. Cappuccino in the restaurant was equivalent of £7.80.

Spacious lobby but relatively small room. Clean and sufficient. Good facilities. Have free shuttle bus to the airport.

if you got a day in HKG and you stay overnight, choose the one accessible by buses or trains downtown. this hotel is only good for shorter transit rest or if you have too many luggages with you. there is nothing else nearby, no shops you can get some food or things. also, not very festive atmosphere, staff are not very friendly generally especially when answering questions.
