It was amazing, staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and the view spectacular. Although is a place outside the city area i expected more transportation, food was not easy to get and no taxis or Didi. But we really enjoyed the calmness and beauty of nature.

Thanks to the lovely sweet lady who was very attentive of us. The room view was gorgeous, right over the lake. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious. We walked over to the reed flute cave with discount tickets from the lady. We stayed one night and spent the next morning biking on the red road to explore Lu family village.

Very nice place. Hotel was clean no issues. Very nice view from my hotel room and also nearby the Reed Flute Cave so you can just go to the place whenever. It should only take you like an hour to explore the cave. I personally took 2 hours since I spent a lot of time taking pictures. More importantly, the receptionist is very hospitable. I had nothing booked and planned and she helped me out with booking everything needed.

Lovely hotel right by the lake and scenic area. Service was great and staff were very helpful in supporting with tickets to the Caves and with ordering taxis (about 30 minutes to city centre). Lovely breakfast and scenery was beautiful! Overall a lovely and peaceful stay. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay a little further out.

We loved this cute hotel that over looked a small lake. The room was big and comfortable, but there was dust in some places. The shower was huge. The English breakfast was basic. The staff very helpful and aided us to book the evening boat trip in Guilin. We used the bicycles and had a fabulous afternoon exploring the local area. The hotel is right opposite the reed flute cave. Would recommend and would stay again

Amazing stay! The staff were extremely nice and service was really good. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the environment around it was very relaxing and peaceful. Bikes are free to rent but there is also an ebike rental nearby with a very nice owner as well, who made sure we were all safe to ride. Would come back again, beautiful place!

Everthing was excellent.My family really liked the service,corporate culture and attitude of this hotel.all the employees treated us with warmth and respect as if they were family members and helped us in everything. It is highly recommended hotel especially if they are going to stay in Guiling.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The view was beautiful from our room and the location was perfect. Right next to the reed flute caves and delicious Guilin rice noodles 5 minutes away. I was able to take a bamboo raft ride on the lake outside the hotel and the staff were just perfect. Melody’s English was great she was super helpful, all the staff were very helpful. I loved my stay here and they helped us carry all our heavy luggage down into the taxi as well. 10/10 just great. Oh!!! And do not forget to take out the bicycles for a ride!! The hotel lent them to us for free. There is a bicycle trail super close to the hotel that leads all around the town and it was by far my favourite experience in Guilin. The scenery was just amazing.

This hotel is highly recommended due to offering really high class service. It was charming and beautiful. You can eat tasty food in Guilin with lots of choices but dinner we paid at hotel was another level. It was absolutely pleasure to stay here, fantastic private lake view.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by a young lady who spoke good English. Check in process wA quick and smooth. We had a room with a loft that held another bed. It was clean, comfortable. The view of the lake & hills was excellent! Loved that we had a balcony, which was actually a raised platform  where we could enjoy tea while admiring the beauty of the area.

Beautiful setting, on the lake, very close to the Reed Flute Caves. Clean, large, well equipped rooms in very good standard. Very helpful staff. Great Chinese breakfast. Recommended.

Throughout the store can be seen everywhere simple lines, outline the soul of Guilin landscape, late Qing carved wood furniture, blue brick, circular arc, elegant and quiet tea table and book bar, porcelain vases can be seen everywhere, with the distance of the blue mountains, lakes and mountains. Babies who like to take pictures are welcome to experience, taking pictures here is really very out of the film, and the effect will definitely make you worth the trip.

A little far from city and restaurants but close to the attraction cave. Amazing room and view. We loved! Nice breakfast and the staff helped a lot in our trip plan. I recommend it!
