Great hotel in a great location , the hotel interior it’s astonishing, the staff is friendly and the check in is quite fast. However the food is quite average.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a solo traveler, I do feel that it’s good for one night to experience that design and pampering space. There are bus tour groups which go there and seem to work well with the KTV, Buffet meals, and lounging areas. From my trip, I stayed for two days after the Chinese Qixing Festival. It was really nice to arrive and have access to the teatime snacks and desserts as well as the wonderful architecture and furniture design. The outdoor pool is nice, however the indoor pool charges 50 yuan because they offer drinks and snacks. The only drinks and snacks they offered were juice boxes and some fruit. One employee told me that there were cocktails available. The exercise room and yoga room were set up very nice. The shower rooms very clean. I would not pay for the indoor swimming pool in my opinion based on the drink/snacks. The bar that is advertised from some user photos does not exist. Some employees said it was open, others said not. Management can communicate that better, as a lush hotel should have a solid lounge. The tea lounge does not have any alcohol drinks available, but rather decoration of wine bottles. The design is gorgeous though. One employee told me that they ran out of alcohol due to holiday, and another employee told me that there was a bar open which really was not. I simply went to get my own spirits when I wanted a cocktail (made in my room). Other than that, everything in the hotel was fine. My room was really lovely with the exception of the fact that you cannot go out on the balconies and there is a smoke smell from the carpet. The hotel gladly gave me a an air purifier to help alleviate the smell. My opinion is that the power should be sat on before a guest checks into their room. I had to change the filter over the two days. It did not appear that the KTV was open (maybe epidemic), I decided to go hang out in town, but enjoyed the Victorian flair when relaxing. Overall, the comfort, bathing, and relaxation was great. The breakfast is really delicious, and the service of the employees all around was impeccable despite the fact that they could not offer all of the amenities. It seems an OK place for families/photos as well since the property is unique. The 50 yuan for tea time was probably the most valuable, and the room service staff are detailed. The butler/reception very professional, Ayi staff amazing. Transportation quite easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

Misleading advertisement in the pictures on the App. Outdoor pool is closed already in October even if the temperatures exceed 35 degrees celsius. After asking at the reception for the reason. Answer of the hotel:,, The pool is closed because of to low temperatures, but you can use our indoor pool for an extra fee”. Really a pity because I especially booked this place because of the pool. This should be especially pointed out on the app to avoid inconveniences and to not mislead any guests.

Our initial impression was not great when we were refused entry unless we could show our passports, entry stamps, green code, travel code and covid tests while wearing masks, but Chinese guests werent checked at all. On our first morning my friend found a cockroach in her coffee, she was told that she must have put it there, no apologies. They advertise an outside pool, but we were not allowed to use it. The room itself is very nice, but the TV didnt work and we were just told “sorry” without fixing it. Breakfast is ok, not great, but not bad. inside swimming pool is nice and attendants are super friendly. All in all I would not stay again, but not the worst experience I have had.

上一條已經寫了對房間的評價,忘了寫對服務人員印象和酒店早餐情況,續訂這條評論正好補上。前台辦理入住的帥哥小杜業務熟悉,非常快的就幫我辦理好了房卡入住,然後詢問了一下桂林玩的地方和怎麼坐遊船等問題都很耐心的幫我解答,後來怕我還有不清楚的地方就讓我加了前台管家青青的微信,讓我有問題隨時可以解答,青青熱情好客很友好,耐心解答我的所有問題,我還讓她幫我訂遊船,訂的遊船兩個人的位子都是窗口,很滿意。再説説早餐,早餐雖然不是很驚艷那種,但品種很多,食材也新鮮。總之對桂林公館的入住體驗很好很滿意,有機會再來桂林會再次選擇入住,也會向朋友推薦。

路過桂林入住大公館酒店,感覺很不錯。五星級酒店名符其實,大堂夠大,很氣派。酒店位置好,環境美,門前桃花江,一條長長的綠道,晚上走走彷彿置身公園。房間很大,歐式風格,盡顯豪華。前台服務員何珊珊很熱情,升級了房間,還贈送了一份早餐,早餐豐盛,品種多,還有專門的小童餐,值得點贊。其他服務人員,保安都很熱情。這次入住時間短,下次來桂林再來住兩天。

酒店大堂非常氣派,停車免費,周圍的環境也好,。房間寬敞乾淨整潔,設施設備齊全,服務員服務效率高,需要的物品能快速送達,特別是小彭態度特別熱情周到。住得很滿意,是一次很好的入住體驗,點贊。

酒店設計風格獨特,本以為外部是中式的風格,裏面也一定會充滿中式元素,沒想到走進大堂發現內部是豪華大氣的歐式風格,大堂豎立着6根大理石柱,非常大氣。為我們一行辦理入住的小杜服務專業熱情,主動升級了房型,很是貼心。房間整潔乾淨,早餐味道不錯,整體性價比高,值得推薦[強][強][強][強][強][強]

非常大氣,富麗堂皇的酒店,漂亮的歐式風格,房間乾淨衞生,房間面積也比較大,所有的服務員都非常熱情,隨時看到都會打招呼問好。我們三個人,贈送了一個人的早餐,非常不錯,早餐豐盛。酒店超級大,有恆温游泳池,酒吧,超市,晏會廳等等,旁邊就是西山景區,離象山景區也不遠,十多二十分鐘車程,性價比超級高,值得推薦!

酒店坐落在桂林市中隱路桃花江畔,三年前來桂林就住過這裏,這次來依然選擇這裏。酒店健身房游泳池小童樂園一應俱全,周邊方圓兩公里之內景點和購物中心眾多。房間大氣奢華,工作人員熱情周導。在酒店這麼美好的環境裏發發呆也是一種美好的享受呢!下次來桂林依然會選擇入住這裏
