Hotel location is bit off center but that's the advantage of getting the picturesque view sitting in hotel room. Very welcoming and cooperative staff. Delicious food curated as per requirement, we got an advantage of staying in off season ) manager was kind enough to provide pick and drop us to near by market for shopping in his own vehicle.

The Vintage Gulmarg is an exceptional hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views in one of India's most beautiful destinations. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect, nestled in the picturesque hills of Gulmarg, offering stunning panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and lush greenery. Mr. Rashid Salam front office was very polite and welcoming. Had a good stay here.

I wish I didn't have to write anything negative about this place. The view from the hotel windows is amazing! The valley with ponies grazing all day is such a comforting and calming sight! You could be sitting for hours watching it! The mattresses are not super soft, which suited us! Unfortunately, the bed linen had not been changed, and had a musty smell! Ugh! The wifi was strong, but spotty, maybe because of issues at the ISP's end. We were provided with a 'customised' breakfast as there were very few guests in the hotel: masala omelette with toast and butter, puri and alu bhaji, all of which was delicious!

Everything is wonderful about this hotel. Food quality is superb! I think they have the best chef ! Staff are very polite, helpful and amazing. Mr wasim and imtiyaz f&b manager, mr nasir was the best among restaurant staff ***** with mr mushtaq and mr shahid. Staff at reception are also awesome. Only drawback was the size of rooms which were unexpectedly smaller for which I have deducted one star. Rest everything was great. We had a great and memorable stay at royal heritage🙂. Recommended for everyone going with friends and family. 🤗🤗

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in fact we reached the hotel at 8:30am and they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

Our stay was excellent. The location of hotel is best. Very close to city center but very peaceful. Rooms are well maintained. Cleanliness is good. Food menu was very large spread. You can enjoy varieties from local to other parts of India. Special mention for the best service - Majid, Aquib, Irfan, Afreen,Sajad Bhat and Neera. Thanks to all of them for taking our care.

As we had to leave early, the following morning, he woke up early so that we could have breakfast. The houseboat was comfortable but it does need renovation and a fresh coat of paint. These material aspects aside, it was a memorable stay at Nigeen Lake with clean waters and quiet environment to appreciate the majestic beauty of nature.

The hotel infrastructure was good enough according to the price. Staff was cordial and helpful but the kitchen was not hygienic. No preparation was being done for the breakfast. If you eat bread butter in breakfast then only choose breakfast option.
