I was there with my wife only for one day but the service was very warm and welcoming from everyone. I also visited on the night before Eid and the hotel staff were kind enough to take me to the mosque with them on a personal level. Special shout-out to Yunus bhai and the *** at the restaurant (forgot to take his name).

The hotel location was very good, very good food, staff are very helpful and kind, rooms were nice but small for a family of 4 and bit old, old furniture, beds were uncomfortable. Hotel furniture needs to be renovated or upgraded to have the overall pleasant experience. But in nutshell, the overall stay was amazing.

Best hotel in Gulmarg amidst Snow. Very near to Gondola just 5 Mins walking. Central heating electric blanket room heater all available and running to make you feel warmer even at 0 degree. Beautiful view from room. Thanks to All hotel team.

This hotel situated near to Gondala, but during wintertime you need to take ride by jeep which cost you around 300-500Rs from parking area/gondala office. Hotel is ok for a day, but lot of noise from front desk if your room is in ground floor. People keep smoking infront of your room and lot of smoke comes inside. If you stay with family avoid ground floor. Food is awesome and very tasty. Staff over there try to help you as much as possible. They provide decent breakfast and dinner service. No complaints kudos to all staff. But over all i didn't like the hotel in aspect of hospitality as well as cleanliness point of view.

The stay was so beautiful and the staff was so welcoming Basheer bagh-he was very helpful and wonderful hospitality Food was amazing and the views from the hotel were stunning Definitely gonna visit again

This hotel is NOT RECCOMMENDED for families. Wifi horrible electricity kept going on and off. Very very filthy dark room. Families who expect clean sheets and dust free rooms please DO NOT choose to stay in this hotel.
