Hotel Gunzburg dengan Sarapan

Visiting Gunzburg for a few days on business, I was booked into this hotel. I am used to large chain hotels, so I was reluctant at first. Know this, when you first visit the hotel if you've never been to the area can be confusing. There is not clear direction on where to park. (Please note that there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Park there. The hotel validates your parking.) Now that I'm parked, the hotel staff is amazing at welcoming you. Everyone I dealt with spoke english quite well, and that was greatly appreciated as I spek very little German. The room is perfectly sized (for one person) and it's clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. The hotel is located just two blocks from the Gunzburg pedestrian street where you can find great little shops, fantastic restaurants, and some wonderful people watching. I really have no complaints about this property. This will be the place I stay when I return to Gunzburg. (Final note: this place is a short distance to Gunzburg's Legoland so there are ALWAYS kids running around. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue at all while I was there.)

We stayed here for one night in July 2022 and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is only a five minute drive to Legoland, and about a 10 minute walk from downtown Gunzburg (which is worth a visit). The communication (in English) from hotel staff was excellent. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, a mini fridge and A/C. The breakfast was good. Please note that there is no lift in this hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays and it was really lovely. We had a room in the castle and we could see the park from our room. The kids enjoyed having their own little room in the front. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The shower is with a rain shower and they provide soap, but not conditioner, so bring your own if that’s important to you. The whole village is really super for families, with playgrounds everywhere, mini golf (for an extra fee) and a high ropes course (also with a fee). We had breakfast in the castle restaurant and dinners at the Jungle Buffet. I would say breakfast is pretty good, sometimes a little chaotic with so many people, but they do a good job of keeping things orderly. Also at the Jungle Buffet, we liked that the drinks are included and there was fairly okay variety for food options. Some small details are a bit missing - for example the “treasure hunt” resulted in the wrong code, and this was not user error. The hunt was likely referencing a different Lego display than what was in the lobby. The towels could definitely use a little refresh, but they are still okay. At many other theme parks, when you stay at the associated hotel, you also get early entry into the park. This is not the case at LEGOLAND Germany. All in all, I would most definitely recommend the LEGOLAND resort for families with children under 10.

La struttura si colloca a circa 5 minuti di auto da Legoland in una zona molto tranquilla e prossima al centro della città. Molto apprezzabile l'impronta data all'hotel, con molti giochi per bimbi, una stanza intera a loro dedicata e piccole attenzioni. C'è la possibilità di mangiare o all'interno o in uno spazio verde adiacente a giochi per i più piccoli, anche in modo da poter far divertire i bimbi sotto l'occhio dei genitori ed in un ambiente sicuro. Colazione di qualità ed abbondante. Assoluta nota di merito per la gentilezza e la disponibilità nei nostri confronti. Dovessimo tornare a Legoland questo sarebbe sicuramente il nostro riferimento per il soggiorno. Grazie di nuovo!

Wir haben erneut, nach fast einem Jahr, die Linde mit der Familie besucht. Eine Reservierung ist vom Vorteil, da auch viele ohne Reservierung kommen. Das Ambiente ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Raum ist groß und man sitzt dem Nachbarn nicht auf dem Schoß. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, höflich und aufmerksam. Sie kam öfter an den Tisch und hat nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Zum Essen haben wir uns für die Vorspeisen Lachs Tatar und Tomaten Mozzarella entschieden und für die Hauptgerichte Klassik Burger mit Pommes, Putenschnitzel mit Pommes, Penne Carbonara, überbackene Maultaschen in Tomatensauce und Entenkeule mit Knödel und Blaukraut bestellt. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Tatar war fein gewürzt und nicht zu trocken. Die Tomaten mit dern Mozzarellascheiben bestens mit Dressing passend serviert. Bei den Hauptgerichten, da waren wir uns alle einig, haben wir keinerlei Kritikpunkte gefunden. Alles hat rundum super geschmeckt und war ausreichend. Für das Dessert haben sich meine Damen für den Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce, einen Vanille Eisbrecher und Küchle in Vanillesauce und Eis entschieden. Hier ist auch was für das Auge geboten worden. Es sah nicht nur gut aus, hat auch so geschmeckt. Alles frisch zubereitet und bei Zeit serviert. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis in der Linde gehört zur oberen Klasse, ist aber jeden Cent wert. Daher empfehle ich Gasthotel Linde ohne Bedenken weiter...

The room was good, nicely outfitted although the shower was very small hard to even wash your hair since it is one of those complete modular showers, that was a little disappointing. It is check in through an automated system, fine if everything is okay, a little confusing if things don’t work, then you have to call, there is no manned reception. Breakfast was great, can be busy though. Parking is a little far if you have to carry luggage, but you can drive up, (un) load and then park. Not recommended if you are not fully able, stairs and no elevator. This is close to Legoland so very popular with families with small kids. Gunzburg is a nice city, take a stroll to check the sights. I found it pretty pricey for the amenities, no fitness, no pool, no manned reception, but on the higher end of hotel prices.
